• वनविभागाकडून चार महिन्यापूर्वी घेण्यात आलेल्या वनरक्षकाच्या २७५ जागांसाठी नागपूरच्या मिहान परिसरात शारीरिक चाचणी घेतली जात आहे. या शारिरीक चाचणीसाठी कागदपत्राची तपासणी करून २५ हजारांपेक्षा अधिक उमेदवार पात्र झाले आहे. दररोज चाचणीसाठी पाच हजारांपेक्षा जास्त उमेदवार सहभागी होत आहेत.
• दोन दिवसांत दहा हजारांच्या जवळपास उमेदवारांनी शारीरिक चाचणी दिलेली आहे. यासाठी पोलिस आणि इतर विभागांमध्ये शारीरिक चाचणी घेण्यासाठी वापरण्यात येत असलेल्या अत्याधुनिक यंत्रणेचा वापर करण्यात येत आहे. प्रथमच वनविभागातर्फे या यंत्रणेचा वापर केला जात आहे.
• शारीरिक चाचणी झाली त्याच दिवशी संबंधित उमेदवाराची माहिती आणि किती मिनिटात किती किलोमीटर उमेदवार धावला या संदर्भातही माहिती दिली जात आहे. त्यामुळे उमेदवाराला तातडीने धावण्याचा तपशील मिळू लागला आहे.
• काही पालकांनी शारिरिक चाचणी परिक्षेतील उमेदवाराचा धावण्याचा तपशील मागितला होता. परंतु वनविभाग संपूर्ण तपशील ऑनलाईन देत आहे असे वनविभागाच्या अधिकाऱ्यांनी सांगितले यावरुनच उमेदवारांचा गोंधळ घालण्याचा प्रयत्न केला होता.

वनविभागाच्या सामाजिक वनीकरण खात्यासाठी गुरुवारी नागपुरातील मिहान परिसरात आयोजित शारिरीक चाचणी परिक्षेत गोंधळ निर्माण झाल्याचे पहायला मिळाले. राज्यात अनेक ठिकाणी तलाठी पाठोपाठ वनरक्षक भरतीत गोंधळ पुढे येत आहेत हे विशेष.   वनविभागाच्या सामाजिक वनीकरण खात्याच्या २७५ जागांसाठी नागपूरच्या मिहान परिसरातील मैदानात आयोजित करण्यात आलेल्या शारिरीक चाचणी परिक्षेत ५ हजारापेक्षा जास्त उमेदवार सहभागी झाले आहेत. विदर्भातील लांबून विद्यार्थी, पालक नागपुरात बुधवारपासून दाखल झाले आहेत. गुरूवारी सकाळी व दुपारी दोन सत्रात ही शारीरिक चाचणी होती. शारिरिक चाचणी परिक्षेत उमेदवारांनी केलेल्या रनिंगचा तपशील देण्यात यावा, अशी परीक्षार्थींची मागणी आहे. मात्र, शारिरिक चाचणी परिक्षेतील रनिंगचा तपशील उमेदवारांना देण्यात येणार नाही, असे वनविभागाच्या अधिका-यांची प्रतिक्रिया. यावरुनच उमेदवारांचा गोंधळ सुरू झाला.
वनविभाग भरतीच्या शारीरिक चाचणीसाठी नागपूर येथे आलेल्या उमेदवारांसोबत अन्याय होत असल्याने पालकांमध्ये रोष दिसला. सकाळी ८ च्या बॅचला ११ वाजता दौड करावी लागली. त्यानंतरच्या बॅचला भर दुपारी चाचणी द्यावी लागली, अशा तक्रारी पुढे आल्या आहेत. उमेदवारांच्या पायाला चिप लावण्यात आली परंतू धावण्याची वेळ आणि निकाल देण्यात आला नाही. तो ऑनलाइन दिला जाईल असे सांगितले गेले. कोऱ्या कागदावर स्वाक्षरी घेण्यात आली अशा तक्रारी यानिमित्ताने पालक, विद्यार्थ्यांकडून पुढे आल्या.

राज्य शासनाच्या वतीने वन विभागातील सरळ सेवा पद भरती 2023 वनरक्षक गट क संवर्गातील रिक्त पदे सरळसेवेने भरण्या येणार आहेत. याबाबत दिनांक 8/6/ 2023 रोजी एक जाहिरात प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आली होती. अशात या भरतीमध्ये पात्र उमेदवारांनी विभागाबाबत काही तक्रारी केल्या आहेत. विभागाच्या जाहिरातीनुसार एकूण 249 पदाच्या सामाजिक आणि समांतर आरक्षणाप्रमाणे उपलब्ध होणाऱ्या पदांची भरती करण्यात येत आहे. या भरती प्रक्रियेसाठी पात्र उमेदवारांना विभागाच्या वतीने ईमेल करून आपल्या कागदपत्रांची पूर्तता करण्याच्या सूचना देण्यात आल्या होत्या. मात्र वन विभागाच्या वतीने आलेल्या मेलमध्ये त्रूटी असल्याचा आरोप विद्यार्थ्यांनी केला आहे.

आपली कागदपत्र वन विभागाच्या अधिकाऱ्यांनी तपासून न घेता ही प्रक्रिया बंद केल्याचा आक्षेप भरतीसाठी आलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी घेतलेला आहे. आज कोल्हापुरातील मुख्य वनसंरक्षक प्रादेशिक कार्यालय इथं महाराष्ट्रातल्या विविध जिल्ह्यातील भरती प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करण्यासाठी विद्यार्थी आले होते.

यावेळी विद्यार्थ्यांना त्यांच्या कागदपत्रांची छाननीची वेळ निघून गेल्याचे कारण देत त्यांची कागदपत्रे घेण्यास अधिकाऱ्यांनी नकार दिला. यावेळी या सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांनी वन विभागाच्या वतीने पाठवलेला ईमेल चुकीचा असून यामुळे विद्यार्थ्यांचं नुकसान होऊन भरतीवर परिणाम होणार असल्याचं त्यांनी सांगितलं आहे.

इतर जिल्ह्यांमध्ये सुद्धा असाच गोंधळ झाला होता. मात्र त्या जिल्ह्यातल्या अधिकाऱ्यांनी विद्यार्थ्यांना सहकार्य करत त्यांची कागदपत्रे तपासून घेतलेली आहेत. तोच निकष लावत कोल्हापूर विभागात आलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांच्याही कागदपत्रांची छाननी व्हावी, अशी मागणी विद्यार्थ्यांनी केलेली आहे.

कोल्हापूर, सांगली, सातारा जिल्ह्यांसाठी २५० पदांवर वनरक्षकांची भरती होणार आहे. वनविभागातील वनरक्षक पदावर होणाऱ्या भरतीसाठी राज्यभरातून ४४ हजारांवर अर्ज आले आहेत. त्यातील कागदपत्रांची छाननी व शारीरिक चाचणी परीक्षा सध्या रणमळा येथील वनविभागाच्या (Forest Department) प्रादेशिक कार्यालयात सुरू आहे. १४ फेब्रुवारीपर्यंतही प्रक्रिया सरू राहणार आहे.

• प्रधान वनसंरक्षक कार्यालयाकडून भरती कार्यक्रम निश्चित झाला आहे. त्यानुसार भरतीची प्रथम फेरी सुरू झाली आहे. त्यानुसार कोल्हापूर, सांगली, सातारा जिल्ह्यांसाठी २५० पदांवर वनरक्षकांची भरती होणार आहे. त्यासाठी राज्यभरातील उमेदवारांनी अर्ज दाखल केले आहेत.
• रोज किमान २ ते ३ हजारांवर उमेदवारांच्या अर्जांची छाननी होत आहे. विविध आरक्षण व खुल्या वर्गातील उमेदवारांनी अर्ज केले आहेत. त्यांची शैक्षणिक अर्हता, उंची, वजन, धावणे क्षमता याची चाचणी सुरू आहे. अर्ज केलेल्यांपैकी ७० टक्के उमेदवार हे पदवीधर आहेत. उर्वरित बारावी पास आहेत. तर काही स्पर्धा परीक्षांची तयारी करणारे, पोलिस भरतीची तयारी केलेले उमेदवार आहेत. तर काहींनी एमबीए, संगणक प्रशिक्षण व उच्च शिक्षण घेतलेले आहे. यातून लेखी परीक्षा व मुलाखती होतील.
• त्यानंतर अंतिम निवड होणार आहे. त्यासाठी अजूनही दोन महिने ही प्रक्रिया चालणार आहे. वनविभागाने २६ जणांचे पथक तैनात केले आहे. कागदपत्रे तपासणी व शारीरिक तपासणी झाल्यानंतर संबंधित उमेदवारांची संगणकीय प्रणालीतून नोंद घेतली जात आहे. पुढील टप्प्यात त्यांची लेखी परीक्षेसाठी निवड झाली असल्यास तसा संदेश संबंधित उमेदवाराला दिला जाणार आहे.
• मनुष्यबळ मिळणार – या भरती प्रक्रियेतून २५० वनरक्षक वनविभागाला मिळणार आहेत. त्यांनाही कोल्हापूर, सांगली, सातारा येथील वनहद्दीत तसेच वनप्रशासकीय सेवेत नियुक्ती मिळेल. त्यामुळे वनकार्याला किमान मनुष्यबळ मिळणार आहे. त्यासाठी आणखी काही महिने प्रतीक्षा करावी लागेल.

वनमंत्री सुधीर मुनगंटीवार यांच्या सततच्या पाठपुराव्याने खोळंबलेल्या पदभरती प्रक्रियेस आता चालना मिळाली आहे. त्यानुसार शासनाने अनुसूचित क्षेत्र (पेसा) सोडून उर्वरित 1256 वनरक्षक पदांची भरती करण्यास मान्यता देत मोठा निर्णय घेतला आहे. या निर्णयामुळे वनरक्षक पदभरतीच्या प्रतिक्षेत असलेल्या उमेदवारांना दिलासा मिळाला आहे.

वन विभागाकडून एकूण 2138 वनरक्षक पदांसाठी जाहिरात प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आली होती. या 2138 वनरक्षक पदांसाठी 2 ऑगस्ट ते 11 ऑगस्ट 2023 या कालावधीत ऑनलाईन पद्धतीने टीसीएस-आयओएन मार्फत परीक्षा घेण्यात आली होती. मात्र अनुसूचित क्षेत्रातील (पेसा) शासकीय पदभरती प्रक्रियेस सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात आव्हान देण्यात आल्याने सर्वच पदभरती प्रक्रिया बाधित झाली होती. वनरक्षक पदाच्या भरतीच्या प्रतिक्षेत बराच काळ असलेल्या युवा उमेदवारांची प्रतिक्षा संपली असून 1256 वनरक्षकांची भरती प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करण्याचा निर्णय शासनाने घेतला आहे. ही प्रक्रिया वेगात पूर्ण करण्याचे निर्देश वनमंत्री सुधीर मुनगंटीवार यांनी दिले आहेत.

ऑगस्ट महिन्यात झालेल्या वनरक्षक पदभरती परीक्षेत एकूण तीन लाख 95 हजार 768 परिक्षार्थींनी ऑनलाईन परीक्षा दिली होती त्यातील एकूण दोन लाख 71 हजार 838 परीक्षार्थी 45 टक्क्यांपेक्षा अधिक गुण प्राप्त करून पुढील भरती प्रक्रियेसाठी पात्र ठरले आहेत. या पुढील भरती प्रक्रियेत टीसीएस आयओएन कडून प्राप्त गुणवत्ता यादीनुसार पात्र उमेदवारांची कागदपत्रांची छाननी, शारीरिक गुणवत्ता चाचणी, धाव चाचणी हे टप्पे पार पाडले जातील. ऑनलाईन परीक्षा आणि प्रत्यक्ष धाव चाचणी यांचे गुण एकत्र करून नवीन गुणवत्ता यादी तयार केली जाईल. या नवीन गुणवत्ता यादीनुसार पात्र ठरलेल्या उमेदवारांच्या यादीला प्रादेशिक निवड समितीकडून मान्यता घेतल्यानंतर अंतिम टप्प्यात निवड सूचीतील उमेदवारांची 25 कि.मी. आणि 16 कि.मी. चालण्याची चाचणी घेण्यात येईल. या अंतिम चाचणीतून पात्र उमेदवार निवडून त्यातून वनरक्षकांची नियुक्ती करण्यात येईल.

ही सर्व प्रक्रिया 17 जानेवारी पासून सुरू करण्यात येत असून वनवृत्तातील उमेदवार संख्येनुसार 15 दिवस ते 44 दिवस या कालावधीत ही प्रक्रिया वनवृत्तनिहाय पूर्ण केली जाईल. सर्वात कमी उमेदवार असलेल्या अमरावती वनवृत्तात ही प्रक्रिया 15 दिवसात पूर्ण होणे अपेक्षित असून सर्वात जास्त उमेदवार असलेल्या कोल्हापूर वनवृत्तात 44 दिवसात, त्यापाठोपाठ ठाणे आणि नागपूर वनवृत्तात 40 दिवसात तर उर्वरित चंद्रपूर, गडचिरोली, यवतमाळ, छत्रपती संभाजी नगर, धुळे, नाशिक, पुणे या वनवृत्तात प्रत्येकी 20 दिवसात वनरक्षक भरती प्रक्रिया पूर्ण होणे अपेक्षित आहे. या भरती प्रक्रियेच्या प्रत्येक टप्प्यांची माहिती वन विभागाच्या संबंधित संकेतस्थळांवर वेळोवेळी दिली जाणार आहे.

A total of 3,95,768 candidates had appeared for the online examination in august, out of which a total of 2,71,838 candidates have secured more than 45 per cent marks and qualified for the next recruitment process. In the next recruitment process, as per the merit list received from TCS ION, the qualifying candidates will undergo the rounds of scrutiny of documents, physical quality test, running test.
2. The new merit list will be prepared by combining the marks of the online exam and the physical run test. According to this new merit list, the list of qualified candidates will be covered 25 km in the final stage after getting approval from the Regional Selection Committee. and 16 km. Walking will be tested. Eligible candidates will be selected from this final test and forest guards will be appointed from it.
3. The entire process will be started on January 17, 2019 and will be completed from 15 days to 44 days depending on the number of candidates in the forest circle. The process is expected to be completed in 15 days in Amravati forest circle with the lowest number of candidates, followed by Thane and Nagpur forest circles in 40 days and the rest of Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, Yavatmal, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Dhule, Nashik and Pune forest circles in 20 days each. 2. वन विभागाकडून एकूण 2138 वनरक्षक पदांसाठी जाहिरात प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आली होती. या 2138 वनरक्षक पदांसाठी 2 ऑगस्ट ते 11 ऑगस्ट 2023 या कालावधीत ऑनलाईन पद्धतीने टीसीएस-आयओएन मार्फत परीक्षा घेण्यात आली होती. मात्र अनुसूचित क्षेत्रातील (पेसा) शासकीय पदभरती प्रक्रियेस सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात आव्हान देण्यात आल्याने सर्वच पदभरती प्रक्रिया बाधित झाली होती. खोळंबलेल्या पदभरती प्रक्रियेस आता चालना मिळाली आहे.
3. शासनाने अनुसूचित क्षेत्र (पेसा) सोडून उर्वरित 1256 वनरक्षक पदांची भरती करण्यास मान्यता देत मोठा निर्णय घेतला आहे. या निर्णयामुळे वनरक्षक पदभरतीच्या प्रतिक्षेत असलेल्या उमेदवारांना दिलासा मिळाला आहे.
4. ऑगस्ट महिन्यात झालेल्या वनरक्षक पदभरती परीक्षेत एकूण तीन लाख 95 हजार 768 परिक्षार्थींनी ऑनलाईन परीक्षा दिली होती त्यातील एकूण दोन लाख 71 हजार 838 परीक्षार्थी 45 टक्क्यांपेक्षा अधिक गुण प्राप्त करून पुढील भरती प्रक्रियेसाठी पात्र ठरले आहेत. या पुढील भरती प्रक्रियेत टीसीएस आयओएन कडून प्राप्त गुणवत्ता यादीनुसार पात्र उमेदवारांची कागदपत्रांची छाननी, शारीरिक गुणवत्ता चाचणी, धाव चाचणी हे टप्पे पार पाडले जातील.
5. ऑनलाईन परीक्षा आणि प्रत्यक्ष धाव चाचणी यांचे गुण एकत्र करून नवीन गुणवत्ता यादी तयार केली जाईल. या नवीन गुणवत्ता यादीनुसार पात्र ठरलेल्या उमेदवारांच्या यादीला प्रादेशिक निवड समितीकडून मान्यता घेतल्यानंतर अंतिम टप्प्यात निवडसूचीतील उमेदवारांची 25 कि.मी. आणि 16 कि.मी. चालण्याची चाचणी घेण्यात येईल. या अंतिम चाचणीतून पात्र उमेदवार निवडून त्यातून वनरक्षकांची नियुक्ती करण्यात येईल.
6. ही सर्व प्रक्रिया 17 जानेवारी पासून सुरू करण्यात येत असून वनवृत्तातील उमेदवार संख्येनुसार 15 दिवस ते 44 दिवस या कालावधीत ही प्रक्रिया वनवृत्तनिहाय पूर्ण केली जाईल. सर्वात कमी उमेदवार असलेल्या अमरावती वनवृत्तात ही प्रक्रिया 15 दिवसात पूर्ण होणे अपेक्षित असून सर्वात जास्त उमेदवार असलेल्या कोल्हापूर वनवृत्तात 44 दिवसात, त्यापाठोपाठ ठाणे आणि नागपूर वनवृत्तात 40 दिवसात तर उर्वरित चंद्रपूर, गडचिरोली, यवतमाळ, छत्रपती संभाजी नगर, धुळे, नाशिक, पुणे या वनवृत्तात प्रत्येकी 20 दिवसात वनरक्षक भरती प्रक्रिया पूर्ण होणे अपेक्षित आहे. या भरती प्रक्रियेच्या प्रत्येक टप्प्यांची माहिती वन विभागाच्या संबंधित संकेतस्थळांवर वेळोवेळी दिली जाणार आहे.

वनविभागनं फॉरेस्ट गार्ड या पदासाठी 540 जागांसाठी भरती काढली आहे. असा कोणताही व्यक्ती जो वन विभागानं या पदांसाठी ठरून दिलेल्या अटी पूर्ण करेल तो या पदासाठी अर्ज करू शकतो. या पदांसाठी 18 ते 27 इतकी वयोमर्यादा आहे. आरक्षित प्रवर्गाला यामध्ये काहीप्रमाणात सूट देण्यात आली आहे. या पदासाठी अर्ज करताना सर्वसामान्य प्रवर्गातील पुरुष उमेदवाराला दोनशे इतके तर सर्वसामान्य प्रवर्गातील महिला उमेदवाराला शंभर इतके शुल्क भरावे लागणार आहे. तर एससी, एसटी प्रवर्गातील उमेदवाराला यामध्ये सूट देण्यात आली असून, पुरुष उमेदवाराला 100 रुपये आणि महिला उमेदवाराला पन्नास रुपये इतके शुल्क भरावे लागणार आहे.
