Thane Police Bharti 2024 Physical Test new dates – The field test for Thane police recruitment scheduled for July 26 and 27 has been postponed due to heavy rains in Thane district and the warning of heavy rainfall issued by the Meteorological Department. The Thane police have now decided to conduct the test on August 1 and 2.
The recruitment process is being conducted for 666 vacancies in the police constable cadre and 20 vacant posts in the driver police constable cadre at the thane police commissionerate. The field test of women candidates for this recruitment process was to be held on July 26 and 27 at Saket Maidan. But due to the ongoing heavy rains in Thane district and the warning of heavy rainfall issued by the Meteorological Department, it will not be possible to conduct field test of the candidates. The Thane Police has decided to postpone the ground test scheduled for July 26 and 27 and conduct it on August 1 and 2, Additional Commissioner of Police (Administration) Sanjay Jadhav said.

ठाणे जिल्ह्यात सुरू असलेला मुसळधार पाऊस आणि हवामान विभागाने दिलेल्या अतिवृष्टीच्या इशाऱ्यामुळे ठाणे पोलिस भरतीसाठी २६ आणि २७ जुलैला होणारी मैदानी चाचणी पुढे ढकलत १ आणि २ ऑगस्ट रोजी घेण्याचा निर्णय ठाणे पोलिसांनी घेतला आहे. ठाणे पोलिस आयुक्तालयाच्या आस्थापनेवरील पोलिस शिपाई संवर्गातील ६६६ तर, चालक पोलिस शिपाई संवर्गातील २० रिक्त पदांसाठी भरती प्रक्रीया राबविण्यात येत आहे.
या भरती प्रकीयेसाठी २६ आणि २७ जुलैला महिला उमेदवारांची मैदानी चाचणी साकेत मैदान येथे घेण्यात येणार होती. परंतु ठाणे जिल्ह्यात सुरू असलेला मुसळधार पाऊस आणि हवामान विभागाने दिलेल्या अतिवृष्टीच्या इशाऱ्यामुळे उमेदवारांची मैदानी चाचणी घेणे शक्य होणार नाही. त्यामुुळे २६ आणि २७ जुलैला होणारी मैदानी चाचणी पुढे ढकलत ही चाचणी १ आणि २ ऑगस्ट रोजी घेण्याचा निर्णय ठाणे पोलिसांनी घेतला आहे, अशी माहिती ठाण्याचे अप्पर पोलिस आयुक्त (प्रशासन) संजय जाधव यांनी दिली.
