Solapur University Recruitment 2024 – Registrar Yogini Ghare has appointed an inquiry committee on the basis of a complaint that there is uncertainty in the recruitment of Assistant Professor (Contractual) of Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar, Solapur University. Senator Ganesh Dongre had demanded an inquiry into the recruitment of assistant professor (contractual) posts in Solapur University Solapur for the academic year 2023-24. In this regard, Dongre said vice-chancellor Prof. A memorandum was submitted to Prakash Mahanwar in March 2024. The Vice-Chancellor had taken cognisance of the matter and promised an inquiry.
Taking cognizance of the complaint, a five-member inquiry committee has been constituted under Section 103 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016 regarding the recruitment of contractual assistant professor posts. सोलापूर विद्यापीठातील कंत्राटी प्राध्यापक भरती संदर्भात नेमली चौकशी समिती

पुण्यश्लोक अहिल्यादेवी होळकर, सोलापूर विद्यापीठातील सहायक प्राध्यापक (कंत्राटी) पदाच्या भरतीमध्ये अनिश्चितता असून, याबाबत करण्यात आलेल्या तक्रारीवरून कुलसचिव योगिनी घारे यांनी चौकशी समिती नियुक्त केली आहे. सोलापूर विद्यापीठ सोलापूर शैक्षणिक वर्ष २०२३-२४ करिता विद्यापीठांमध्ये जी सहायक प्राध्यापक (कंत्राटी) पदासाठी भरती करण्यात आली आहे, मात्र त्यामध्ये अनिश्चितता दिसून येत असल्याने त्याची चौकशी व्हावी, अशी मागणी सिनेट सदस्य गणेश डोंगरे यांनी केली होती. याबाबत डोंगरे यांनी कुलगुरू प्रा. प्रकाश महानवर यांना मार्च २०२४ मध्ये निवेदन दिले होते. कुलगुरूंनी याची दखल घेऊन चौकशी करण्याचे आश्वासन दिले होते. तक्रारीची दखल घेऊन महाराष्ट्र सार्वजनिक विद्यापीठ अधिनियम २०१६ कलम १०३ अन्वये कंत्राटी सहायक प्राध्यापक पदांच्या पदभरतीसंदर्भात पाच सदस्यांची चौकशी समिती नेमण्यात आली आहे.

• नियुक्त करण्यात आलेल्या समितीमध्ये अध्यक्ष म्हणून डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर मराठवाडा विद्यापीठ, छत्रपती संभाजीनगर (औरंगाबाद) चे कुलगुरू डॉ. विजय फुलारी, मुंबई विद्यापीठातील पदार्थ विज्ञान विभाग प्रमुख डॉ. वैशाली बंबोले, सिंहगड अभियांत्रिकी महाविद्यालय, केगावचे प्राचार्य डॉ. एस.डी. नवले, डी.बी.एफ. दयानंद कॉलेजचे प्राचार्य डॉ. व्ही.पी. उबाळे, कॉलेज ऑफ एज्युकेशन, बार्शीचे प्रा. डॉ. व्ही.पी. शिखरे यांची नियुक्ती झाली आहे.
• आलेल्या तक्रारीवरून कुलगुरूंच्या आदेशावरून चौकशी समिती गठित करण्यात आली आहे. समितीमध्ये पदाने खूप मोठी माणसे आहेत. समितीची बैठक होऊन, त्यात भरतीसंदर्भात अहवाल तयार होईल. त्यानंतर अहवालावरून पुढील योग्य ती कार्यवाही होईल. – योगिनी घारे, कुलसचिव

The last time the recruitment process was put on hold was in 2012. Candidates who have applied are not required to reapply for the newly started recruitment. सोलापूर विद्यापीठात 38 पदांसाठी लवकरच सरळसेवा भरती; उद्या होणार्‍या व्यवस्थापन समितीपुढे विषय

सोलापूर विद्यापीठात भरती बंदी उठवल्यानंतर 38 पदांसाठीची सरळसेवेद्वारे भरती प्रक्रिया सुरू होणार आहे. येत्या 24 जूनला व्यवस्थापन समितीसमोर हा विषय मान्यतेसाठी ठेवण्यात येणार आहे. यानंतर जाहिरात व पुढील भरती प्रक्रियेस प्रारंभ होणार आहे. या भरतीअंतर्गत लिपिक -22 पदे, शिपाई -07, प्रयोगशाळा साहाय्यक -02, सांख्यिकी साहाय्यक -01, भांडारपाल -01, स्टेनो -01 याप्रमाणे पदे भरण्यात येतील. या संदर्भात कुलसचिव शिवशरण माळी म्हणाले, व्यवस्थापन परिषदेच्या बैठकीत विषयाला मंजुरी मिळाल्यानंतर पुढील प्रक्रिया होईल. गतवेळी म्हणजे 2012 मध्ये ही भरती प्रक्रियेला स्थगिती मिळाला होती. तेव्हा अर्ज केलेल्या उमेदवारांना नव्याने सुरू होणार्‍या या भरतीसाठी पुन्हा अर्ज करण्याची गरज नाही. दरम्यानच्या काळात शैक्षणिक पात्रता उंचावली असेल तर पुन्हा अर्ज करावा. नवा अर्ज विचारात घेतला जाईल, असे माळी यांनी सांगितले.

• माजी कुलकुरू डॉ. बाबासाहेब बंडगर, तत्कालीन कुलसचिव कॅ. डॉ. नितीन सोनजे यांच्या कार्यकाळात झालेल्या भरतीप्रक्रियेत गैरव्यवहार झाल्याचा आरोप झाला. मोठ्या प्रमाणात तक्रारी गेल्याने संपूर्ण भरती प्रक्रियेला स्थगिती देण्यात आली . त्यानंतर अभय वाघ व डॉ. अरुण निगवेकर यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली चौकशी समिती स्थापन झाली. दरम्यान, भरती प्रक्रिया पुढे सुरू करण्यास मान्यता मिळाली आहे.
• परीक्षा नियंत्रक पदासाठी 12 अर्ज – विद्यापीठ नव्या परीक्षा नियंत्रक व वित्त व लेखाअधिकारीच्या शोधात आहे. यासाठी पात्र उमेदवारांकडून अर्ज मागवले होते. परीक्षा नियंत्रक पदासाठी 12, वित्त व लेखाधिकारी पदासाठी 08 अर्ज विद्यापीठाला प्राप्त झाले. छाननी समिती दोन दिवसांत अर्जांची छाननी करणार आहे. पात्र उमेदवारांना मुलाखतीसाठी पाचारण करण्यात येईल. या प्रक्रियेसाठी अजून एक महिन्याचा कालावधी लागणार आहे. नवे अधिकारी रुजू होईपर्यंत परीक्षा नियंत्रक प्रभारीच असतील. सध्या डॉ. एस.व्ही. लोणीकर यांच्याकडे प्रभारीपद आहे.
