सोलापूर जिल्हा प्राथमिक आरोग्य केंद्र / ग्रामीण रुग्णालय येथील रिक्त असणा-या वैदयकीय अधिकारी पदांची भरती दर महिन्याच्या तिस-या मंगळवारी घेण्यात येणेबाबत सूचना देण्यात आलेल्या होत्या. त्यानुसार माहे सप्टेंबर २०२३ या महिन्यातील तिसरा मंगळवार या दिवशी गणेश चतुर्थी आले कारणाने शासकीय सुटी जाहीर करण्यात आलेली आहे.

Solapur Arogya Vibhag Bharti 2023

Under the arogya vibhag of Solapur Mahanagarpalika various posts are vacant. Due to this new posts will be hire in this department. Dufferin Hospital of Solapur Municipal Corporation along with Civil Health Centers, Arogyavardhini Centers, a total of 51 posts such as Lab Technician, Pharmacist, Microbiologist, Nurse, Doctors are going to be filled. The purpose behind it is to provide quality healthcare facilities to citizens through municipal hospitals. 12 Arogyavardhini centers have been approved in the Solapur Municipal area and there (civil health sub-centres) one ‘BAMS’ doctor will be provided from the health department of Zilla Parishad. So far six doctors have been received and the same number of doctors will be received. At present, the Corporation has eight contract doctors. So six doctors from ZP will now be posted at Dufferin Hospital.

नागरी आरोग्य केंद्रे, आरोग्यवर्धिनी केंद्रांसह सोलापूर महापालिकेच्या डफरीन हॉस्पिटलमध्ये आता लॅब टेक्निशियन, फार्मासिस्ट, मायक्रो बायोलॉजिस्ट, परिचारिका, डॉक्टर्स, अशी एकूण ५१ पदभरती केली जाणार आहे. महापालिकेच्या दवाखान्यांमधून नागरिकांना दर्जेदार आरोग्य सुविधा मिळावी हा त्यामागील हेतू आहे.

1. महापालिका परिसरात १२ आरोग्यवर्धिनी केंद्रांना मंजुरी मिळाली असून त्याठिकाणी (नागरी आरोग्य उपकेंद्रे) जिल्हा परिषदेच्या आरोग्य विभागाकडून प्रत्येकी एक ‘बीएएमएस’ डॉक्टर्स मिळणार आहेत. आतापर्यंत सहा डॉक्टर्स मिळाले असून आणखी तेवढेच डॉक्टर मिळणार आहेत. सद्य:स्थितीत महापालिकेकडे आठ कंत्राटी डॉक्टर्स आहेत. त्यामुळे झेडपीकडून मिळणारे सहा डॉक्टर्स आता डफरीन दवाखान्यात नेमले जातील.
2. जेणेकरून डफरीन हॉस्पिटलमध्ये महिलांना चांगल्या आरोग्य सुविधा मिळतील. दरम्यान, राष्ट्रीय आरोग्य अभियानातून नागरी आरोग्य केंद्रांमधील डॉक्टरांचे मानधन शासनाकडून मिळणार आहे. त्यातच पुन्हा नागरी आरोग्य केंद्रांमध्ये एमबीबीएस पूर्ण केलेल्यांनाच नेमणूक दिली जाते. त्यामुळे महापालिकेने कोरोना कालावधीत नेमलेले कंत्राटी ‘बीएएमएस’ डॉक्टर्स कमी केले आहेत.
3. महापालिकेने कमी केले १२ डॉक्टर्स – राष्ट्रीय आरोग्य अभियानातून (एनएचएम) महापालिकेला शहरातील १५ नागरी आरोग्य केंद्रांमध्ये ‘एमबीबीएस’ डॉक्टर्स मिळणार आहेत. आतापर्यंत ११ डॉक्टर्स भरले असून आणखी चार पदे भरली जाणार आहेत. सध्या महापालिकेच्या १२ नागरी आरोग्य केंद्रांमध्ये कंत्राटी वैद्यकीय अधिकारी आहेत. ‘एनएचएम’अंतर्गत नागरी आरोग्य केंद्रांमधील वैद्यकीय अधिकारी ‘एमबीबीएस’ असावेत, अशी अट असल्याचे तज्ज्ञ सांगतात. त्यामुळे सध्या त्याठिकाणी कार्यरत १२ बीएएमएस वैद्यकीय अधिकाऱ्यांना कामावरून कमी करण्यात आले आहे. १४ एप्रिल हा त्या १२ कंत्राटी वैद्यकीय अधिकाऱ्यांचा शेवटचा दिवस होता.
4. राष्ट्रीय आरोग्य अभियानाअंतर्गत शहरातील १५ नागरी आरोग्य केंद्रांमध्ये ‘एमबीबीएस’ डॉक्टर भरले जात आहेत. कोरोना काळात सर्वांनीच उत्कृष्ट काम केले, पण ‘एनएचएम’अंतर्गत त्यांच्याकडूनच पदभरती होत असल्याने १२ कंत्राटी डॉक्टर कमी केले आहेत. तसेच १२ आरोग्यवर्धिनी केंद्रांमध्ये प्रत्येकी एक ‘बीएएमएस’ डॉक्टर झेडपीकडून मिळणार आहे. – डॉ. बसवराज लोहारे, आरोग्याधिकारी, सोलापूर महापालिका
