Samaj Kalyan Vibhag Bharti 2025 – As per the latest information the recruitment process is being carried out for 219 various posts in the Class-3 cadre of the Social Welfare Commissionerate on Establishments. Online examinations have started at 56 centers in the state from March 4 and will be held till March 19. It has been observed that candidates are not reaching some examination centers on time for the examination. Also, those who arrived late have argued with government representatives to get admission at the examination centers. Therefore, the Social Welfare Department has appealed to the candidates to be careful to be present at the examination centers within the stipulated time so that the examination process is not disrupted.

२१९ पदांसाठी १ लाख ८७ हजार उमेदवार
समाज कल्याण आयुक्तालयात आस्थापनेवरील वर्ग-३ संवर्गातील २१९ विविध पदांसाठी भरती प्रक्रिया राबवली जात आहे. चार मार्चपासून राज्यातील ५६ केंद्रांवर ऑनलाइन परीक्षा सुरू झाल्या असून, १९ मार्चपर्यंत त्या होणार आहेत. परीक्षेसाठी काही परीक्षा केंद्रांवर उमेदवार वेळेवर पोहोचत नसल्याचे दिसून आले आहे. तसेच उशिरा आलेल्यांनी परीक्षा केंद्रांवर प्रवेश मिळावा यासाठी शासन प्रातिनिधींशी हुज्जतही घातली. त्यामुळे परीक्षा कामकाजात व्यत्यय येऊ नये यासाठी परीक्षार्थी उमेदवारांनी निर्धारित वेळेतच परीक्षा केंद्रांवर उपस्थिती राहण्याची खबरदारी घ्यावी, असे आवाहन समाज कल्याण विभागाने केले आहे.
- दिव्यांग उमेदवारांच्या लेखनिकसंदर्भात सूचना दिल्या आहेत. दिव्यांग उमेदवाराने अर्जात नमूद केल्यानुसार स्वतःचा लेखनिक स्वतःच उपलब्ध करून घ्यायचा आहे. विभागाकड्डून लेखनिक दिला जाणार नाही. कॉम्प्युटरबेस ऑनलाइन परीक्षा ४ ते १९ मार्च रोजी ३ सत्रांमध्ये आहे. ५६ केंद्रांवर रोज साधारण २२ हजार उमेदवार परीक्षा देत आहेत. कोणीही भरती २१९ प्रक्रियेबाबत गैरमार्गाने नोकरी देण्याचे- परीक्षा पास करून देण्याचे किंवा तत्सम स्वरूपाचे आमिष दाखविल्यास त्याबाबत नजीकच्या पोलिस स्टेशनकडे संपर्क साधण्याचे आवाहन केले आहे.

Samaj Kalyan Vibhag Bharti 2025 – As per the latest Announcement about the Samajkalyan Bharti 219 posts is that – A detailed advertisement has been published on 10.10.2024 for the recruitment of various posts in Class-3 cadre on the establishment of Social Welfare Commissionerate, Maharashtra State, Pune. It is stated in the said advertisement that the following action will be taken regarding the selection for the posts of Higher Grade Stenographer, Lower Grade Stenographer, Stenographer.
- घोषणापत्र दि. १२.०३.२०२५. – समाज कल्याण आयुक्तालय, महाराष्ट्र राज्य पुणे यांच्या आस्थापनेवरील वर्ग-३ संवर्गातील विविध पदभरती करीता दि.१०.१०.२०२४ रोजी सविस्तर जाहिरात प्रसिध्द करण्यात आलेली आहे. सदर जाहिरातीतील मुद्दा क्र.२१ मध्ये उच्चश्रेणी लघुलेखक, निम्नश्रेणी लघुलेखक, लघुटंकलेखक या पदांकरीता सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग, शासन निर्णय क्र. प्रानिमं-१२२२/प्र.क्र.५४/का-१३-अ, दि.०४ मे, २०२२ नुसार निवडीबाबत खालील प्रमाणे नमुद तरतुदीनुसार कार्यवाही करण्यात येईल असे नमूद आहे.
- त्यानुषंगाने ज्या पदांसाठी व्यावसायिक चाचणी (Proficiency Test) घेणे आवश्यक असेल, अशा पदांसाठी मराठी, इंग्रजी, सामान्य ज्ञान व बौद्धिक चाचणी या विषयांवरील प्रश्नांकरिता प्रत्येकी ३० गुण ठेवून एकूण १२० गुणांची (एकूण १०० प्रश्न) परीक्षा व ८० गुणांची व्यावसायिक चाचणी घेण्यात येईल. तथापि, जे उमेदवार परीक्षेत किमान ४५% गुण प्राप्त करतील, अशा उमेदवारांनाच व्यावसायिक चाचणी देता येईल. परीक्षा व व्यावसायिक चाचणी यांमध्ये उमेदवारांनी प्राप्त केलेल्या गुणांच्या आधारे निवडसूची तयार करून निवडसूचीतील पात्र उमेदवारांची गुणवत्तेनुसार शिफारस करण्यात येईल. सोडविलेल्या प्रत्येक चुकीच्या उत्तरासाठी ०.३० गुणांचे ऋणात्मक गुण असेल. (गुण कपात करण्यात येईल)
Samaj Kalyan Vibhag Bharti 2025 – As many as 1.87 lakh candidates have applied for 219 different posts of Class-III cadre in the Social Welfare Commissionerate. The online examination began on March 4 at 56 centres across the state and will continue till March 19. Meanwhile, it has been observed that candidates are not reaching some examination centres on time for the online examination, and applicants who came late have clashed with the staff to get admission at the examination centre. They were urged to observe the timings to avoid disruption in the examination proceedings.
- The exam, which is conducted by around 22,000 candidates every day, is computer-based and will be conducted in three sessions.

- Of these, 11,216 applications were received for 5 posts of senior social welfare inspector, 40 thousand 268 for 61 posts of home pal, superintendent, 73 thousand 625 for 192 posts of home pal, superintendent (female), 58 thousand 9 for 39 posts of social welfare inspector, 1 thousand 317 for 10 posts of high grade short writer, 620 for 3 posts of semi-category short writer and 1 thousand 447 for 9 posts of short typewriter.

दररोज साधारणपणे २२ हजार उमेदवार देताहेत परीक्षा संगणक आधारित परीक्षा असून, ३ सत्रांमध्ये ती आयोजित करण्यात आली आहे. राज्यातील ५६ केंद्रांवर दररोज साधारणपणे २२ हजार उमेदवार परीक्षेस सामोरे जात आहेत. त्यामध्ये वरिष्ठ समाजकल्याण निरीक्षकांच्या ५ जागांसाठी ११ हजार २१६ अर्ज, गृहपाल, अधीक्षक – ६१ जागांसाठी ४० हजार २६८, गृहपाल, अधीक्षक (महिला) १९२ जागांसाठी ७३ हजार ६२५, समाजकल्याण निरीक्षक ३९ जागांसाठी ५८ हजार ९, उच्च श्रेणी लघुलेखक १० जागांसाठी १ हजार ३१७, निम्म श्रेणी लघुलेखक ३ जागांसाठी ६२० व लघु टंकलेखक ९ जागांसाठी १ हजार ४४७, असे एकूण २१९ जागांसाठी १८७२०२ उमेदवारांचे अर्ज आले आहेत. त्यामध्ये ९९ हजार ५०८ महिला अर्जदार असून, ८७ हजार ६५८ पुरुष अर्जदार आहेत.
As per the latest information the various posts vacant in the social welfare department, including home guards and women home guards, will be filled soon. The exam to fill these posts will be held in the month of March and further recruitment proceedings will be taken immediately after that. The social welfare department has hostels at the city and taluka levels in the state. Despite having more than 50,000 students in these hostels, other posts, including home guards, are lying vacant.
The workload has increased as one housekeeper has to look after the functioning of other hostels. Apart from this, the posts of clerk and constable are also vacant. Commissioner of Social Welfare Department Om Prakash Bakoria said that the examination for filling up the posts will be held in the month of March as per the advertisement published for the recruitment of various posts in the month of December.

MPSC Samaj Kalyan Vibhag Bharti 2024 – On May 10, 2023, the Commission had published an advertisement for the recruitment of 84 posts of House Master, Group B, Assistant Director / Research Officer / Project Officer, Group-A , Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare and Similar, Group-A cadre under the Social Welfare Commissionerate in the Social Justice and Special Assistance Department, Government of Maharashtra. According to the advertisement, it was decided to conduct a computer system based sieve test for the distributed cadre. In the meantime, the Reservation for Socially and Educationally Backward Classes Act, 2024, dated February 26, 2024, in the State of Maharashtra, has prescribed the provision of reservation for socially and educationally backward classes for appointment to posts under the control of the State. In the present case, the government was informed to fix reservation for socially and educationally backward classes and send a revised demand letter.

- महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा आयोगाच्या (एमपीएससी) समाज कल्याण अधिकारी, गट-ब आणि इतर मागास बहुजन कल्याण अधिकारी, गट-ब या पदांच्या परीक्षांना सुधारित आरक्षण निश्चितीसाठी तीन महिन्यांआधी स्थगिती देण्यात आली होती. परीक्षा लांबल्याने विद्यार्थ्यांची चिंता वाढल्याचे आयोगाने याची दखल घेत सुधारित जाहिरात प्रसिद्ध केली आहे. त्यानुसार आता १८ ऑगस्टला परीक्षा होणार आहे.
- ‘एमपीएससी’ने मे २०२३ मध्ये समाज कल्याण विभागातील विविध पदांसाठी जाहिरात दिल्यानंतर राज्यातील हजारो विद्यार्थ्यांनी अर्ज केले. परंतु, परीक्षेची तारीख जाहीर केली जात नव्हती. आयोगाने अभ्यासक्रम आणि परीक्षेची तारीख जाहीर केली. त्यानुसार १९ मे रोजी समाज कल्याण अधिकारी गट ‘ब’ पदासाठी परीक्षा होणार होती. मात्र, आयोगाने सुधारित आरक्षणनिश्चिती प्राप्त झाल्यानंतरच परीक्षांबाबत घोषणा केली जाईल, असे सांगत ही परीक्षा स्थगित केली.
- ‘महाराष्ट्र राजपत्रित नागरी सेवा संयुक्त पूर्व परीक्षा २०२४’ ही स्थगित करण्यात आली होती. मात्र, मराठा आरक्षणानुसार नवीन आरक्षण निश्चिती करून आयोगाने नागरी सेवा परीक्षेची सुधारित तारीख जाहीर केली. पण, समाज कल्याण विभागातील विविध पदे आणि अन्य विभागांच्या परीक्षांची तारीख जाहीर न झाल्याने विद्याथ्यर्थ्यांमध्ये चिंतेचे वातावरण होते.

समाजकल्याण विभागात तब्बल १२ वर्षानंतर गट ‘अ’ आणि ‘ब’ श्रेणीतील ८१ जागांची भरती जाहीर करण्यात आली. त्यासाठी मे २०२३ मध्ये अर्जही भरून घेण्यात आले. मात्र, आज सात महिने उलटले तरी महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा आयोगाकडून (एमपीएससी) परीक्षेच्या तारखे संदर्भात कोणतीच घोषणा करण्यात आली नाही. त्यातही २०२४ च्या परीक्षांच्या वेळापत्रकात समाजकल्याणाच्या भरतीला स्थान नसल्याने उमेदवार हवालदिल झाले आहे. मे २०२३ मध्ये समाजकल्याण विभागातील सहाय्यक आयुक्त, समाजकल्याण अधिकारी, गृहप्रमुख या अधिकारी पदांसाठीची जाहिरात प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आली होती. आयोगाने १५ मे ते ५ जून दरम्यान अर्जही भरून घेतले. मात्र, आजतागायत परीक्षेसंदर्भात कोणतीच घोषणा केलेली नाही. उमेदवार सूरज गायकवाड (नाव बदललेले) सांगतो, ‘‘राज्यातील सरळसेवा भरतीत प्रचंड गोंधळ असून, सातत्याने वादग्रस्त ठरत असल्याने त्यांच्यावरील विश्वास उडाला आहे.
त्यामुळे एमपीएससीद्वारे आयोजित भरती प्रक्रियेत प्रामाणिक अभ्यास करणारे सर्व विद्यार्थी सहभागी होतात. आम्हीपण मागच्या वर्षी मोठ्या आशेने या भरती प्रक्रियेत सहभागी झालो. आमच्याकडून अर्जही भरून घेतले. अभ्यासक्रमही घोषित केला. मात्र, त्या परीक्षेबद्दल अजून कोणतीच माहिती नाही. त्यामुळे आम्ही सर्वच अडचणीत सापडलो आहोत.’’ एमपीएससीने तातडीने दखल घेत परीक्षा पार पाडावी, अशी मागणी उमेदवारांनी केली आहे.

- एमपीएससीने २०२४ मध्ये आयोजित करण्यात येणाऱ्या पदभरतीचे वेळापत्रक प्रसिद्ध केले आहे. परंतु त्यात समाज कल्याण अधिकारी पदभरतीचे वेळापत्रकच नाही. आधीच लांबलेली परीक्षा आणि अनिश्चिततेच्या गर्तेत उमेदवार अडकले असून, तातडीने वेळापत्रक जाहीर करत दिलासा द्यावा, हीच अपेक्षा. – मुग्धा सगर

समाज कल्याण विभागातच २,७१० जागा रिक्त
समाज कल्याण विभागाने २०१८ मधील शासन निर्णयानुसार ३७० जागा ओबीसी विभागात वर्ग करण्याच्या निर्णयाची अंमलबजावणी केली नसल्याचा आरोप ओबीसी मंत्रालयाने केला होता. त्यावर समाज कल्याण विभागाचे सचिव सुमंत भांगे यांनी आपली बाजू मांडली आहे. भांगे म्हणाले, ‘आमच्या विभागातच २,७१० जागा रिक्त आहेत. कर्मचाऱ्यांवर कामाचा प्रचंड ताण आहे. त्यामुळे आम्ही कोणत्याही जागा वर्ग करू शकत नाही. आजपर्यंत सहा वर्षांच्या काळात ओबीसी मंत्रालयाने स्वतःच्या रिक्त जागा ‘एमपीएससी’कडून भरायला हव्या होत्या’ असा सल्लाही भांगे यांनी ओबीसी विभागाला दिला आहे. चार हजार कोटींच्या विविध योजना राबविणारा ओबीसी विभाग फक्त पाच अधिकारी चालवत असल्याचे वृत्त ‘सकाळ’ने प्रसिद्ध केले होते. त्यावर समाज कल्याण विभागाने ‘सकाळ’कडे आज आपली बाजू मांडली. सुमंत भांगे विभागाच्या म्हणाले, की ओबीसी विभागाने सात महिन्यांपूर्वी १३ प्रशासकीय अधिकाऱ्यांची मागणी केली होती. मात्र, ती आम्ही पूर्ण करू शकलो नाही. ते अधिकारी आम्ही दिले तर त्याचा समाज कल्याण विभागाच्या १३ जिल्ह्यांतील कामकाजाला फटका बसेल.
आमच्याकडे असणाऱ्या एकूण ५,४३८ पैकी २,७१० जागा रिक्त आहेत. तरीही ओबीसी विभागातील योजना आमचे कर्मचारी जिल्ह्यानुसार राबवत आहेत. मग जागा वर्ग करून कशाला पाहिजे, असा सवालही भांगे यांनी ओबीसी विभागाला केला. ते म्हणाले, की २०१८ मध्ये शासन निर्णयानुसार समाज कल्याण विभागाने ३७० जागा ओबीसी विभागास वर्ग करायच्या होत्या, हे खरे आहे. मात्र, त्याच्यात एक अट अशी होती की जर समाज कल्याण विभागात १०० टक्के जागा भरलेल्या असतील तर ओबीसी विभागात पदे वर्ग करण्यात यावीत.
