Pune Anganwadi Recruitment 2023

Anganwadi Madatnis were promoted to become Anganwadi Sevika with the condition of passing 12th lass. They was opposed by unions. As before, there was a demand to keep 10th pass as a condition. The matter went to court and in a recent hearing on the petition, the court stayed the recruitment till April 17.

The Anganwadi Employees’ Association has filed a petition in the High Court challenging the 2nd February 2023 decision of the state government. A preliminary hearing on that petition was held on March 24 in the High Court. The next hearing will be held till 17th April 2023, till then the recruitment process has been suspended. Accordingly, the Commissioner of Integrated Child Development Service Scheme Rubal Aggarwal has given instructions to program officials along with child development project officials in the state that the recruitment process should be suspended till April 17.

पुणे अंगणवाडी सेविका भरतीला स्थगिती

1. अंगणवाडीतील मदतनिसांना पदोन्नतीने अंगणवाडी सेविका होण्यासाठी बारावी उत्तीर्णची अट घालण्यात आली होती. त्याला संघटनांकडून विरोध झाला होता. पूर्वीप्रमाणे दहावी उत्तीर्ण ही अट ठेवण्याची मागणी होती. प्रकरण न्यायालयात गेले आणि न्यायालयाने याचिकेवर नुकत्याच झालेल्या सुनावणीत भरतीला 17 एप्रिलपर्यंत स्थगिती देण्यात आली आहे.
2. राज्यातील अंगणवाड्यांतील सुमारे वीस हजारांहून अधिक रिक्त पदे भरण्याची प्रक्रिया सुरू केली होती. अंगणवाडी कर्मचारी संघटनेने उच्च न्यायालयाने राज्य सरकारच्या दोन फेब्रुवारीच्या निर्णयास आव्हान देणारी याचिका दाखल केली आहे. त्या याचिकेवर 24 मार्चला उच्च न्यायालयात प्राथमिक सुनावणी झाली. पुढील सुनावणी 17 एप्रिलपर्यंत होणार असून, तोपर्यंत भरती प्रक्रियेला स्थगिती देण्यात आली आहे. त्यानुसार, 17 एप्रिलपर्यंत भरती प्रक्रिया स्थगित ठेवण्यात यावी, अशी सूचना एकात्मिक बाल विकास सेवा योजनेचे आयुक्त रुबल अग्रवाल यांनी राज्यातील बाल विकास प्रकल्प अधिकार्‍यांसह कार्यक्रम अधिकार्‍यांना दिली.
3. राज्यात 4509 अंगणवाडी सेविका, 626 मिनी अंगणवाडी सेविका तसेच 15 हजार 466 मदतनीस असे एकूण 20 हजार 601 एवढी रिक्त पदे आहेत. जिल्हा किंवा प्रकल्पाच्या अधीनस्त असलेली सर्व रिक्त पदे तसेच पुढील तीन महिन्यांच्या आत अर्थात 31 मे पूर्वी कालबद्ध कार्यक्रमानुसार भरण्याची कार्यवाही करण्याचे आदेश देण्यात आले होते. त्यानुसार, कार्यवाही सुरू करण्यात आली होती. आता सर्व प्रक्रिया थांबविली आहे.
