Prime Minister Awas yojana
On Tuesday cabinet ministry meeting Maharashtra Home Development Council establishment was approved for Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana speeding up the large home development projects. By this council till the year of 2022 financially weak people, minority people & medical class will get the opportunity to get the profitable homes for them.
Every project has minimum 5 thousand homes will be provided. By this scheme till the year 2022 there will be 19 lakh 40 thousand homes will be construct. To construct such large amount home construction central government also approves for all of the construction process.
Cabinet ministry also took decision to provide moving vehicles to 10 selected Marathwada & Vidarbh districts farmers. Due to this decision Marathwada’s 17 & vidarbha’s 27 farmers will get the benefits of this. As there are total 44 farmers will have the benefits of this, so that 90% will get the benefits of this therefore 10% of part will have on them.
Every person should get home for this prime minister awas scheme started. Those who does not having their own place will have to available the government land area. Regarding this respective group development officers, Tahasildar have to submit the proposal with in the 8 days. Prime Minister Awas Scheme (Gramin) is for the gramin region people to provide them homes. This is an golden opportunity to get their own homes.

Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana (Urban) is effectively executing at Kolhapur district. Pradhanmatri Pik Vima Yojna is providing Insurance Plan for providing Protection from Natural disaster of Cut the crop, if the average income of the current year is less than the earning of the threshold, compensation compensation is payable. Damage to crops due to crop failure or planting due to adverse conditions of the weather component, damage to the waste area, loss prevention due to local natural disaster. Last date for submission of an insurance proposal is 24th July 2018.
Limitations of Pradhanmatri Pik Vima yojna 2018 :
- The average income of the current year is less than the earning of the threshold.
- All the farmers of the borrower, non-borrower leasing etc. Can take advantage of this Vima Yojna.
Insurance Weekly and Subsidies :
- This is Affordable Insurance Week.
- 2% of the sum of insured, & 5% for cash and commercial crops.
Process Of Participation :
- Farmers taking crop loan will be automatically made by the insurance bank.
- The sum assured will be granted additional with the loan.

Pradhanmantri Gramodyog Yojna
Yojna No.: 17.1 – Pradhanmatri Gramodyog Yojna is providing funds for constructing house to every family of Rs.20000/- & for people live in mountainous places or in difficult places will get Rs.22000/-. Those who have following limited can only get the benefits of this scheme from housing department.
Limitations of Pradhanmatri Gramodyog Yojna:
- Annual family income should be less than Rs.20000/-
- Family which belong to poor category.
- Who didn’t get the benefits of Indira Gandhi Awas Yojna
- Peoples from schedule caste or from schedule tribe cast from village side who belong to poor by all means are applicable to this scheme.
- Peoples from schedule caste / schedule tribe belong to poor can use 40% of the total fund in an year for construction of an ideal house.
- Beneficiary is independent with the architecture of house. Area of house should not be less than 20 sq.m.
