पवन हंस लिमिटेड कंपनीने ग्रॅज्युएट उमेदवारांकडून अ‍ॅप्रेंटिसशिप ट्रेनिंग प्रोग्रॅम नॉन-इंजिनीअरिंगसाठी अर्ज मागवले आहेत. कामासाठी उत्साही असणारे व चांगल्या रिझल्टसाठी काम करणारे उमेदवार त्यांना हवे आहेत. या भरती प्रक्रियेतील रिक्त पदांची संख्या 55 आहे. पवन हंस भरती प्रक्रिया 2023 च्या अधिकृत अधिसूचनेनुसार, ग्रॅज्युएट उमेदवारांकडून अ‍ॅप्रेंटिसशिप ट्रेनिंग प्रोग्राम नॉन-इंजिनीअरिंगसाठी फायनान्स, मार्केटिंग, ह्युमन रिसोर्स व एरोनॉटिक्स क्षेत्रातील उत्साही आणि रिझल्ट ओरिएंटेड उमेदवारांकडून अर्ज मागवण्यात येत आहेत.  निवडलेल्या उमेदवाराला 15000 रुपये मासिक पगार दिला जाईल. या बद्दल सविस्तर माहिती खाली दिली आहे

1. पात्रतेच्या अटी –
   
   • – फायनान्स, मार्केटिंग, ह्युमन रिसोर्स व एरोनॉटिक्ससाठी – BBA,B.Sc., B.Com., B.Sc (Aviation) या जागा तीन वर्षांसाठी भरल्या जातील. यापैकी 14 उमेदवार दिल्ली, एनसीआरमध्ये तर सहा उमेदवार मुंबईसाठी निवडले जातील.
   • – सिव्हिल, कॉम्प्युटर, इलेक्ट्रिकल, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स, एरोनॉटिक्स, मॅकेनिकलसाठी – B.Tech. या जागा एका वर्षासाठी भरल्या जातील. यापैकी 9 उमेदवार दिल्ली, एनसीआरमध्ये तर 4 उमेदवार मुंबईसाठी निवडले जातील.
2. निवड प्रक्रिया – उमेदवारांची निवड गुणांच्या अंतिम टक्केवारीच्या मेरिटवर केली जाईल. निवडलेल्या व शॉर्टलिस्ट केलेल्या उमेदवारांना ई-मेलवरून डॉक्युमेंट व्हेरिफिकेशन किंवा जॉयनिंगसाठी बोलवलं जाईल. याबद्दलचं शेड्युल वेगळं दिलं जाईल.
3. कामाचं ठिकाण – पवन हंस भरती प्रक्रियेच्या अधिकृत अधिसूचनेमध्ये नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे, निवडलेल्या उमेदवाराला दिल्ली, एनसीआर किंवा मुंबई इथे नियुक्त केलं जाईल.
4. अर्ज कसा करायचा – इच्छुक आणि पात्र उमेदवार सर्व संबंधित कागदपत्रांसह अधिकृत अधिसूचनेतील माहितीप्रमाणे त्यांचा योग्यरित्या भरलेला अर्ज HOD(HR आणि Admn), पवन हंस लिमिटेड C-14, सेक्टर 1, नोएडा, उत्तर प्रदेश – 201301 येथे पाठवू शकतात. उमेदवारांनी अर्ज प्रकाशित झाल्यापासून 15 दिवसांच्या आत ([email protected]) ईमेलद्वारे त्यांचा अर्ज पाठवावा.

HOW TO APPLY

1. Eligible candidates meeting the above requirement may visit careers tab on the Company’s website www.pawanhans.co.in and should apply online only. The applicants should also send the duly filled & signed print out of the online application form after affixing a recent passport size photograph accompanied with copies of self-attested testimonials in support of age, caste/class, qualification, experience, Pay/CTC, license/medical status etc.
2. Eligible candidates meeting the above requirement who are not able to apply online may download Application Blank Form from the website www.pawanhans.co.in and send the scanned copy of duly filled & signed application form after affixing a recent passport size photograph accompanied with copies of self-attested testimonials in support of age, caste/class, qualification, experience, Pay/CTC, license/medical status etc and Demand Draft (towards application fee – non-refundable) for Rs. 295/- (Rupees two hundred and ninety-five only) inclusive of GST @ 18% drawn in favour of Pawan Hans Limited payable at DELHI/NOIDA. Candidates applying for post of Assistant/Cabin Crew are required to submit Demand Draft (towards application fee – non-refundable) for Rs. 118/- (Rupees one hundred and eighteen only) inclusive of GST @ 18% drawn in favour of Pawan Hans Limited payable at DELHI/NOIDA. (SC/ST candidates & Persons with Disabilities are exempted from payment of application fee).
3. Furnishing of unsigned/ incomplete/ inconsistent/ ambiguous information in the application without proof of certificates or application received after last date, submitted offline are liable to be rejected and will lead to disqualification of the candidature.
