MIDC Recruitment 2024 new update- As far you know the MIDC was published notification for recruitment of 802 vacancies under the 34 cadres to Direct Service Recruitment 2024. The process is currently stalled due to technical reasons, but will be implemented soon. There is insufficient manpower in various departments of MIDC. Therefore, in August 2023, the recruitment process was conducted for 802 posts of various cadres. Of these, 221 posts are in the fire department. In order to control the fire tragedy in the industrial estate, the MIDC has set up fire stations at three places in the area namely Turbhe, Pavne and Rabale. All three centres have inadequate manpower. As a result, in the event of a fire accident, there is an additional workload on the staff here.

एमआयडीसीच्या विविध विभागांत अपुरे मनुष्यबळ आहे. त्यामुळे ऑगस्ट २०२३ मध्ये विविध संवर्गातील ८०२ पदांसाठी भरती प्रक्रिया राबविली होती. यातील २२१ पदे ही अग्नशिमन विभागातील आहेत. सध्या तांत्रिक कारणास्तव ही प्रक्रिया रखडली असली, तरी लवकरच राबविण्यात येणार आहे. औद्योगिक वसाहतीतील आगीच्या दुर्घटनेवर नियंत्रण मिळविण्यासाठी एमआयडीसीने या क्षेत्रात तुर्भे, पावणे आणि रबाले अशा तीन ठिकाणी अग्निशमन केंद्राची उभारणी केली आहे. या तिन्ही केंद्रावर अपुरे मनुष्यबळ आहे. त्यामुळे आगीच्या दुर्घटना घडल्यास येथील कर्मचाऱ्यांवर कामाचा अतिरिक्त ताण पडत आहे.

• दुर्घटना घडल्यास महापालिका किंवा सिडकोच्या अग्निशमन दलाची मदत घ्यावी लागते.
• सध्या कार्यरत असलेल्या अग्निशमन व्यवस्थेवर अतिरिक्त ताण पडत असल्याने राज्य शासनाच्या मान्यतेने एमएमआर क्षेत्रातील एमआयडीसीची विविध कार्यालये आणि अग्निशमन दलासाठी महाऑनलाइनमार्फत ८०२ पदांसाठी भरती प्रक्रिया राबविली होती.
• तांत्रिक कारणांमुळे मागील वर्षभरापासून ही प्रक्रिया रखडली आहे. या संदर्भात वरिष्ठ पातळीवरून निर्णय होणे अपेक्षित असून, भरती प्रक्रिया राबविली जाईल, असे एमआयडीसी अधिकाऱ्याने स्पष्ट केले.
