Mantralaya Mumbai Bharti 2024 latest update – The shortage of manpower is a burning issue while running the affairs of the government in the Ministry of Mumbai. State employees’ unions are constantly pressuring the government to recruit. However, the announcement of mega recruitment by the ruling party is in the air. However, it is also affecting the day-to-day functioning of the administration.  In fact, 7.24 lakh posts of employees have been sanctioned. However, the state’s cart is being driven on the basis of only 4.75 lakh employees.

As many as 8,679 employees of ‘A’, ‘C’ and ‘D’ cadres have been reduced. The ‘B’ cadre added 1,860 employees. But in the past year, 6,819 employees have fallen. मंत्रालयातील मेगाभरतीची घोषणा हवेतच; किती कर्मचाऱ्यांची आहे कमतरता?

मुंबई मंत्रालयातील शासनाचा कारभार हाकताना मनुष्यबळाची कमतरता हा ज्वलंत प्रश्न आहे. राज्य कर्मचारी संघटना सातत्यानं भरती करण्यासाठी सरकारवर दबाव टाकत आहेत. मात्र सत्ताधाऱ्यांची मेगाभरतीची घोषणा हवेतच असल्याचं चित्र आहे. मात्र यामुळे प्रशासनाच्या दैनंदीन कामकाजावरही परीणाम होत आहे.  प्रत्यक्षात 7 लाख 24 हजार कर्मचाऱ्यांची पदे मंजूर आहेत. मात्र राज्याचा गाडा केवळ 4 लाख 75 हजार कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या भरवशावर हाकलला जात आहे. ‘अ’, ‘क’ आणि ‘ड’ संवर्गातील तब्बल 8,679 कर्मचारी कमी झालेत. ‘ब’ संवर्गातील 1,860 कर्मचारी वाढले. परंतु गेल्या वर्षभरात 6,819 कर्मचारी घटले आहेत. विशेष म्हणजे, यामध्ये विविध महामंडळे तसेच स्थानिक स्वराज्य संस्थांमधील कर्मचाऱ्यांचा समावेश नाही. दुसरीकडे निवृत्त कर्मचाऱ्यांची संख्याही जास्त आहे. सर्व सरकारी जॉब्सची माहिती व्हाट्सअपवर मिळविण्यासाठी आमच्या व्हाट्सअप ग्रुपला जॉईन करा.

25 हजार कर्मचारी निवृत्त होणार – मार्च 2024 पर्यंत 9 हजार 62 कर्मचारी निवृत्त झाले. तर मार्च 2025 पर्यंत 16 हजार 280 कर्मचारी नियत वयोमानानुसार निवृत्त होणार आहेत. शासनाने जाहीर केलेल्या कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या सर्वंकष माहितीकोषातूनच ही बाब समोर आलीये. राज्य शासनाने पद भरतीसाठी विशेष प्रयत्न करणे गरजेचे होते. परंतु, पदे भरण्यापेक्षा कंत्राटी भरतीकडे अधिक लक्ष दिले गेले. बेरोजगारांच्या भावनांशी खेळ होत असल्याचा सूर उमटतोय. आचारसंहितेचे वेध लागलेले असताना तातडीने पदभरती होण्याची आशा मावळली आहे.
