Required Educational Qualification – आवश्यक शैक्षणिक पात्रता :

• Degree from a recognized University or a qualification recognized as equivalent to a degree by the Government of Maharashtra.
• However, for the post of Supply Inspector, preference will be given to candidates holding a degree in “Food Technology or Food Science” if they have the same marks in the examination.
• If the candidate qualifies for the present examination, it will be mandatory to pass the graduation examination by the last date of submission of the required application/ information in the prescribed manner for admission to the examination.
• It is necessary to have knowledge of Marathi language.

Age Limit to apply Maha Food Bharti 2023 – वयोमर्यादा :

• The minimum age limit for all categories will be 18 years.

As per the latest GR by Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection for the recruitment process by various posts is that the recruitment process will be conducted through the IBPS company and the vacant posts filled 100%.

As per Government Decision dated 21.11.2022 of the General Administration Department, while filling the direct service quota posts in Group-B (Non-Gazetted), Group-C and Group-D cadre under the erstwhile Secondary Service Selection Board (outside the Maharashtra Public Service Commission) through direct service, henceforth competitive examination T. C.S., I.O.N and I. B. P. S. It has been approved to take online through this company. Accordingly, the process of filling up the vacant posts of Inspector of Supply in the Supply Branch and High Level Clerks under the Office of the Financial Adviser and Deputy Secretary is IBPS. The issue of appointing a coordinating officer to implement the recruitment process through the company was under the consideration of the government.

शासन निर्णय, वित्त विभाग दि.३१.१०.२०२२ अन्वये पदभरतीवरील निर्बंधामध्ये शिथिलता देऊन ज्या विभागांचा सुधारित आकृतीबंध अंतिम झालेला आहे अशा विभागातील सरळसेवेच्या कोट्यातील रिक्त पदे १०० टक्के भरण्यास मान्यता देण्यात आली आहे. तद्नुषंगाने उच्चस्तर सचिव समितीच्या मान्यतेने या विभागाच्या शासन निर्णय दि. १८. ४. २०२२ अन्वये अन्न, नागरी पुरवठा व ग्राहक संरक्षण विभागाच्या अधिपत्याखालील सर्व कार्यालयातील पदांचा आढाव्याअंती सुधारित आकृतीबंध निश्चित करण्यात आला आहे.
सामान्य प्रशासन विभागाच्या दि.२१.११.२०२२ रोजीच्या शासन निर्णयान्वये भूतपूर्व दुय्यम सेवा निवड मंडळाच्या कक्षेतील (महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा आयोगाच्या कक्षेबाहेरील) गट-ब (अराजपत्रित), गट-क व गट-ड संवर्गातील सरळसेवेच्या कोट्यातील पदे सरळसेवेने भरताना यापुढे स्पर्धा परिक्षा टी.सी.एस., आय.ओ.एन व आय. बी. पी. एस. या कंपनीमार्फत ऑनलाईन पध्दतीने घेण्यास मान्यता देण्यात आली आहे.
त्यानुसार पुरवठा शाखेतील पुरवठा निरीक्षकांची आणि वित्तीय सल्लागार व उप सचिव यांच्या कार्यालयाच्या अधिपत्याखालील उच्चस्तर लिपिकांची सरळसेवेची रिक्त पदे भरण्याची प्रक्रिया आय.बी.पी.एस. कंपनीमार्फत राबविण्याची तसेच भरती प्रक्रिया राबविण्याकरीता समन्वय अधिकारी यांची नेमणूक करणेबाबतची बाब शासनाच्या विचाराधीन होती.
