Pune Public Works Department (PWD) has many posts of Junior and Civil Engineers are vacant. A total of 313 posts like 124 and 189 are vacant under Public Works Pune Department. सार्वजनिक बांधकाम विभागात ३१३ पदे रिक्त

पुणे सार्वजनिक बांधकाम विभागाचा (पीडब्ल्यूडी) कणा समजल्या जाणाऱ्या कनिष्ठ आणि स्थापत्य अभियंत्यांची अनेक पदे रिक्त आहेत. सार्वजनिक बांधकाम पुणे विभागांतर्गत १२४ आणि १८९ अशी एकूण तब्बल ३१३ पदे रिक्त आहे. ही पदे भरण्याबाबत राज्य शासनाला प्रस्ताव पाठविण्यात आला आहे. सर्व सरकारी जॉब्सची माहिती व्हाट्सअपवर मिळविण्यासाठी आमच्या व्हाट्सअप ग्रुपला जॉईन करा.

1. गेल्या काही वर्षांपासून सार्वजनिक बांधकाम विभागात भरती झालेली नाही. तसेच वरिष्ठ पदांना पदोन्नती देण्यात आल्याने मोठ्या प्रमाणावर जागा रिक्त आहेत. त्यामुळे कामांवर परिणाम होत आहे. अतिरिक्त कार्यभार सांभाळणाऱ्या अधिकाऱ्यांच्या अडचणींमध्ये वाढ झाली आहे. कनिष्ठ अभियंता हे विभागाचा कणा असतात. एखाद्या कामाचे अंदाजपत्रक तयार करणे, सर्वेक्षण करणे, कामाच्या ठिकाणी जाऊन काम करून घेणे ही कामे कनिष्ठ अभियंते करतात. ते नसतील, तर उपविभागातील अन्य अधिकाऱ्यांवर कामाचा बोजा येतो. सार्वजनिक बांधकाम विभागाचा आकृतिबंध तयार झाला असून लवकरच पदभरतीची कार्यवाही करण्यात येणार आहे. पुणे विभागाबरोबरच राज्यात सार्वजनिक बांधकाम विभागातील सहाय्यक अभियंता श्रेणी दोन, कनिष्ठ अभियंता, शाखा अभियंता, स्थापत्य अभियांत्रिकी सहाय्यक ही पदे मोठ्या प्रमाणात रिक्त आहेत त्यामुळे स्थानिक ठिकाणी सुरू असलेल्या कामावर मोठ्या प्रमाणात परिणाम होत आहे.
2. दरम्यान, पुणे विभागात गेल्या महिन्यात मान्यता दिलेल्या रस्त्यांची कामे पुढील दोन महिन्यात सुरू करण्यात येणार आहेत. याबाबतच्या सूचना सार्वजनिक बांधकाम मंत्री रवींद्र चव्हाण यांनी दिल्या आहेत. पुणे विभागातील २४ हजार १०७ किलोमीटर लांबीच्या रस्त्यांचे जिओ फेसिंग करण्यात येणार आहे. त्यामुळे या रस्त्यांवर कोणत्याही भागात खड्डा पडल्याची तक्रार आल्यास त्याची संबंधित अभियंत्यावर जबाबदारी निश्चित केली जाणार आहे. त्या रस्त्यांच्या दर्जावर ऑनलाइन निरीक्षण केले जाणार आहे.
3. पुणे विभागात कनिष्ठ अभियंता पदाची १२४ तर स्थापत्य अभियंत्यांची १८९ पदे रिक्त आहेत. याबाबत राज्य शासनाला कळविण्यात आले आहे. तसेच राज्याचे सार्वजनिक बांधकाम मंत्री रवींद्र चव्हाण यांनी २८ एप्रिल रोजी पुणे दौऱ्यावर पुणे विभागाची आढावा बैठक घेतली. त्यामध्येही ही बाब त्यांच्या निदर्शनास आणून दिली आहे. ही पदे लवकरच भरण्याची ग्वाही त्यांनी दिली आहे. ‘ अतुल चव्हाण, मुख्य अभियंता, सार्वजनिक बांधकाम पुणे विभाग.
