कृषिमंत्री जिल्ह्याचे असूनही कारभार रामभरोसे, कर्मचाऱ्यांची शेकडो पदेही रिक्त – जिल्हा कृषी अधीक्षकांसह कृषी उपसंचालक हे महत्त्वाचे पद रिक्त आहे. याशिवाय फिल्डवर काम करणाऱ्या कर्मचाऱ्यांचीही शेकडो पदे रिक्त असल्याने कृषी विभागाचा कारभार सध्या रामभरोसे सुरू आहे. पदे रिक्त असल्याने आहे त्या कर्मचाऱ्यांवर कामाचा ताण वाढला असून, वरिष्ठ दर्जाचे दोन प्रमुख अधिकारी नाहीत. तात्पुरता पदभार असल्याने अनेक कामे खोळंबली आहेत.

• कृषी मंत्री माणिकराव कोकाटे जिल्ह्याचे असताना त्यांच्याच विभागातील रिक्त पदे ही बाब अडचणीची ठरत आहे. कर्तव्यदक्ष जिल्हा कृषी अधीक्षक कैलास शिरसाठ यांचे मागील महिन्यात अल्पशा आजाराने निधन झाले. त्यांच्या जागी कृषी उपसंचालक जगदीश पाटील यांची तात्पुरती नियुक्ती करण्यात आली होती. मात्र, आता पाटील हे देखील ३० मार्चला सेवानिवृत्त झाल्याने कृषी अधीक्षकांसह कृषी उपसंचालक ही दोन महत्त्वाची पदे रिक्त आहेत. मागील दहा दिवसांपासून प्रादेशिक कृषी विस्तार व्यवस्थापन प्रशिक्षण संस्थेचे प्राचार्य शिवाजी आमले यांच्याकडे जिल्हा कृषी अधीक्षक पदाचा अतिरिक्त पदभार देण्यात आला आहे. मात्र, ते पूर्णवेळ नसल्याने अनेक कामे खोळंबली आहेत. तर कृषी उपसंचालक पदही रिक्तच आहे. या दोनही पदांवर जूनमध्ये पूर्णवेळ अधिकारी नियुक्त होईल, असे कृषी विभागातील सूत्रांनी सांगितले. मात्र, तोपर्यंत अतिरिक्त पदभारावरच कृषी विभागाचा गाडा चालविला जाईल.
• ही दोन पदे कायमची रद्द – कृषी विभागातील अनुलेखक व आरेखक ही शेकडो पदे रिक्तच आहेत. मात्र, अनेक दिवस पदे रिक्त राहिल्याने नवीन आकृतीबंधानुसार ती आता कायमची रद्द करण्यात आली आहेत. नाशिकसह इतर जिल्ह्यांतीलही ही पदे रद्द करण्यात आली असताना किमान रिक्त असलेले कृषी सहाय्यक पदे तरी भरली जावीत, अशी अपेक्षा आहे.
