Jalgaon Talathi Bharti 2023 :As per the latest updates 100 Talathi posts are vacant in Jalgaon district. So there is a need to implement the recruitment process for 208 posts along with the newly created posts. But the state government has given permission only for 146 vacancies. It has been ordered to fill up 20 percent of the compassionate seats. Accordingly, 28 out of 146 seats will be reserved for annukampa persons. 20% of the existing vacancies in Talathi cadre should be filled by annukampa appointment. Sanjay Bankar, Joint Secretary to the State Government, give an ordered that the annukampa recruitment should be completed by 15th July 2013 in any case.

जळगाव जिल्ह्यात तलाठ्यांच्या १०० जागा रिक्त आहेत. तर नव्याने निर्माण झालेल्या जागेसह २०८ जागांसाठी भरती प्रक्रिया राबविण्याची आवश्यकता आहे. मात्र राज्य शासनाने १४६ जागांसाठीच परवानगी दिली आहे. त्यात अनुकंपाधारकांच्या २० टक्के जागा भरण्याचे आदेश दिले आहेत. त्यानुसार १४६ पैकी २८ जागा अनुकंपाधारकांसाठी आरक्षित असणार आहेत.

तलाठी भरतीत अनुकंपाधारकांसाठी २० टक्के जागा राखीव !

1. नव्याने जाहीर होणार आरक्षणनिहाय पदसंख्या : प्रक्रिया लांबण्याची शक्यता. राज्यातील नाशिक, नागपूर, औरंगाबाद, कोकण, पुणे तसेच अमरावती या विभागातील तलाठ्यांच्या ४ हजार ६४४ पदभरतीसाठी राज्य शासनाने तयारी सुरू केली आहे. १५ जूनपासून प्रक्रिया सुरू होणार असतानाच शासनाने अनुकंपाधारकांची २० टक्के पदे भरण्याचे आदेश दिल्याने आता ही प्रक्रिया लांबणार आहे.
2. या प्रक्रियेत उमेदवाराला एकाच जिल्ह्यातून अर्ज भरता येणार होता. साधारण गटासाठी १ हजार तर आरक्षण गटासाठी ९०० रुपये परीक्षा शुल्क आकारले जाणार होते. त्यामुळे राज्यातील लाखो उमेदवारांना भरती प्रक्रियेसाठी लिंक खुली होण्याची प्रतीक्षा लागली होती. तशातच राज्य शासनाचे अनुकंपाधारकांच्या २० टक्के जागा भरण्याचे आदेश दिल्याने आकडेवारी आता आरक्षणनिहाय बदलणार आहे.
3. काय आहे आदेश ? – तलाठी संवर्गातील सद्यस्थितीत रिक्त असलेल्या पदांपैकी २० टक्के अनुकंपा नियुक्तीने भरण्यात यावीत. सदर अनुकंपातत्त्वावरील पदभरती कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत १५ जुलैपर्यंत पूर्ण करण्यात यावी, असे आदेश राज्य शासनाचे सहसचिव संजय बनकर यांनी दि. १२ जून दिले आहेत.
