IIT Kanpur Bharti 2025 Eligibility Criteria Details |

| 1. Senior Superintending Engineer |
(i) Master’s Degree in Civil/ Electrical from a Recognized University/ Institute with at least 55% marks in the qualifying degree. (ii) At least 18 years’ relevant experience out of which minimum 3 years of regular service as Superintending Engineer level or equivalent (Level-13, 7th CPC) |
| 2. Superintending Engineer |
(i) Master’s Degree in Civil/ Electrical from a Recognized University/ Institute with at least 55% marks in the qualifying degree. (ii) At least 13 years’ relevant experience out of which minimum 3 years of regular service as Executive Engineer level or equivalent (Level-12, 7th CPC)/ minimum 8 years of regular service as Executive Engineer level or equivalent (Pay Level 11, 7th CPC). |
| 3. Deputy Registrar |
Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks, or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC seven-point scale |
| 4. Executive Engineer |
(i) Master’s Degree in Civil/ Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute with at least 55% in the qualifying degree. (ii) At least 8 years relevant experience out of which at least 3 years of regular clear service at Assistant Executive Engineer level or equivalent (Level 10, 7th CPC) |
| 5. Assistant Counselor |
MPhil in Clinical Psychology (RCI) with 1st class, along with at least 2 years’ of relevant experience OR MA in Clinical Psychology / MSc Clinical Psychology / MA in Psychology (with Psychopathology / Clinical Psychology / Abnormal Psychology as one of the subjects) with 1st Class along with 5 years of relevant experience. |
| 6. Assistant Registrar |
Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks, or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC seven point scale along with consistent good academic record. |
| 7. Assistant Registrar (Library) |
Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks, or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC seven point scale along with consistent good academic record. |
| 8. Hall Management Officer |
Master’s degree in Hotel Management or allied fields with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a hotel/resort etc. or in an Govt./Govt. Aided Academic/ Private Institution. |

MBBS, including completion of compulsory rotating internship, followed by at least 3 years of experience in a recognized hospital, OR Post-Graduate Diploma in an appropriate branch of Medicine plus at least one year experience in a recognized hospital, OR MD, or MS, in an appropriate branch of Medicine |
| 10. Assistant Security Officer |
Graduate with 05 years relevant experience in the armed or civil forces in the PB-1 |
| 11. Assistant Sports Officer |
Graduate with a Bachelor in Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) from a recognized University/ Institute. The applicant should have specialization in sports required by the Sports & Physical Education Committee. |
| 12. Junior Technical Superintendent |
MCA/ M.Sc./ B.Tech./ B.E. in respective discipline as specified for different departments OR B.Sc. in respective discipline as specified for different departments with 02 years relevant experience, OR Diploma in respective discipline as specified for different departments from respective State Board with 03 years relevant experience. |
