गोंदिया : मागील दोन वर्षांपासून रखडलेली पोलीस भरतीप्रक्रिया राबविण्याची घोषणा राज्य शासनाने केली आहे. यासाठी पहिल्या टप्यात राज्याच्या पोलीस दलातील पोलीस शिपायांची रिक्त पदे भरण्यावर भर दिला जाणार आहे. ७२३१ पदांच्या भरतीला शासनाने मान्यता दिली आहे. जिल्ह्यात पोलीस शिपायांची सुमारे २५० पदे रिक्त आहेत.त्यामुळे कार्यरत असलेल्या पोलिसांवर कामाचा ताण असतो. 

पोलीस दलामध्ये शिपाई पदे अनुकंपाच्या यादीतून मागील वर्षी काही प्रमाणात भरली गेली आहेत. परंतु अत्यल्प पदे भरण्यात आली होती. तरीदेखील पोलीस शिपायांची पदे अजूनही रिक्त आहेत. राज्य शासनाकडून पोलीस शिपाई पद भरतीप्रक्रिया रखडली होती. पोलीस पद भरतीकडे सगळ्याच तरुणांचे लक्ष लागलेले होते. मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे, उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी याबाबत काही दिवसांपूर्वीच घोषणा केल्यामुळे तरुणांना दिलासा मिळाला आहे. तरुण मैदानावर नव्या दमाने सराव करताना दिसून येत आहेत.

आंतरजिल्हा बदली प्रक्रियेतून अनेक जागा भरणार –

आंतरजिल्हा बदली प्रक्रियेत बनावट वैद्यकीय प्रमाणपत्रांचे प्रकरण समोर आले आहे. यामुळे गोंदिया पोलीस दलात या प्रक्रियेद्वारे भरली जाणारी पदे रखडण्याची चिन्हे आहेत. . पोलिसांनी आपल्या आंतरजिल्हा बदल्यांसाठी बनावट वैद्यकीय प्रमाणपत्र सादर केले का याची चौकशी होत आहे. – २५ टक्के जागा या प्रक्रियेद्वारे भरण्यात येणार असल्याचे सूत्रांनी सांगितले. आंतरजिल्हा बदली प्रक्रिया कधी राबविली जाते याकडे सर्वांचे लक्ष लागून आहे.
