1. उमेदवाराची त्या गावात जमीन किंवा स्थावर मालमत्ता असावी ही अट रद्द
2. उपविभागीय दंडाधिकारी कार्यालय, गोंदिया अंतर्गत अर्जुनी/ मोरगाव तालुक्यातील रिक्त झालेली पोलीस पाटील पदे तात्पुरता स्वरूपात भरण्याकरीता पात्रताधारक स्थानिक उमेदवारांकडून अर्ज मागविण्यात येत आहे. त्यासोबतच जाहीरनाम्यात नमूद केलेल्या पात्रतेमध्ये उमेदवाराची त्या गावात जमीन असावी किंवा स्थावर मालमत्ता असावी, अशी अट वगळण्यात येत आहे. तथापि, उमेदवार त्याच गावाचा स्थानिक रहिवासी असावा याकरीता तलाठी व ग्रामसेवक यांचा संयुक्त दाखला अर्जासोबत जोडण्यात यावा, असे पोलीस पाटील निवड समितीचे अध्यक्ष तथा उपविभागीय दंडाधिकारी,  गोंदिया  यांनी कळविले आहे.
