Gondia Anganwadi Vacancy 2023- The government has recently approved the recruitment of 20 thousand 183 Anganwadi workers in the state and the way has been cleared to fill 275 vacancies in Gondia district. Anganwadi workers and helpers will be recruited in Gondia district.

Gondia Anganwadi Bharti 2023: : जिल्ह्यातील अंगणवाडी केंद्रांमध्ये तब्बल 275 कर्मचार्‍यांची पदे रिक्त असल्याने बालकांसाठी असलेल्या शासनाच्या योजना आणि उपक‘म प्रभावित होत आहेत. तसेच कार्यरत कर्मचार्‍यांवर कामाचा अतिरिक्त ताण पडत आहे. रिक्त जागा भराव्यात, अशी मागणी जिल्हा परिषदेच्या महिला व बालकल्याण सभापती सविता पुराम यांनी शासनाला गत ऑक्टोबर महिन्यात दिलेल्या निवेदनाद्वारे केली होती. शासनाने राज्यातील 20 हजार 183 अंगणवाडी कर्मचारी भरतीला नुकतीच मान्यता दिली असून जिल्ह्यातील 275 जागा भरण्याचा मार्ग मोकळा झाला आहे.

 गोंदिया जिल्हा जंगलव्याप्त, दुर्गम, आदिवासी बहुल व नक्षल प्रभावित क्षेत्र आहे. बालकांच्या शारिरिक, मानसिक व शैक्षणिक विकासाचा पाया भक्कम होण्याकरिता अंगणवाडीची भूमीका महत्वाची असते. अंगणवाडीत प्रवेशित बालकांना आरोग्य, शैक्षणिक व अनौपचारिक शिक्षण पुरविण्याचे काम येथे कार्यरत कर्मचार्‍यांमार्फत होते. याशिवाय शासनाच्या विविध योजना, उपक‘मातही या कर्मचार्‍यांचा नेहमिच सहभाग असतो. जिल्ह्यातील अंगणवाडी केंद्रातील रिक्त जागांमुळे बालकांच्या आरोग्य, शैक्षणिक व बौद्धीक विकासावर परिणाम होत आहे. गोंदिया जिल्ह्यात 9 प्रकल्प आहेत. या अंतर्गत 1805 अंगणवाडी केंद्र संचालीत आहेत. यात नियमित 1568 व 237 मिनी अंगणवाडींचा समावेश आहे.

 या केंद्रांमध्ये 275 रिक्त आहेत. यात अंगणवाडी सेविकांची 62 तर मदतनिसांची तब्बल 213 पदे रिक्त आहेत. जिल्ह्यात अंगणवाडी सेविका, मदतनिसांची भरती झाली नाही. रिक्त पदामुंळे राबविण्यात येणारे पोषण अभियान, आहार शिजविणे, अंकुर, आरंभ आदी विविध प्रकारच्या बाबींवर परिणाम होत आहे. ही रिक्त पदे भरण्याची (Staff Recruitment) मागणी पुराम यांनी शासनाकडे 10 ऑक्टोबर रोजी दिलेल्या निवेदातुन केली होती. अंगणवाडीतील रिक्त जागा भरती संदर्भात 22 डिसेंबर रोजी झालेल्या मंत्री मंडळाच्या बैठकीत मान्यता देण्यासंदर्भात चर्चा करण्यात आली. 9 जानेवारी रोजी राज्यातील 20 हजार 183 अंगणवाडी कर्मचारी भरतीला मान्यता देण्यात आली आहे. या संदर्भातील शासन निर्णय महिला व बालकण्याण विभागाचे उप सचिव वि. वा. ठाकूर यांनी जारी केला आहे. करणेबाबत मंजुरी प्रदान करावी ही विनंती
