Federal Bank Recruitment 2019: Federal Bank has made a radical change in the process of recruiting staff through the traditional HR department and now the entire recruitment process is being implemented through Artificial Intelligence (AI). It is the first bank in the country to adopt such an arrangement in the banking sector. For this, a tool called Federicroot has been developed and the HR department will do all the work. In the very last phase, HR executives will meet newly recruited employees. There will be human involvement in all this process.

Instead of the traditional method of resume and interview, group discussion to find out the personality of the candidate, a series of these events will be conducted through data points federated. Robo will collect these data points through the evaluation process based on interviews, psychological and sports. Chatbots, ie chatting robots, will initiate interviews, and finally an offer letter will also be sent via chatbot.
The company aims to hire 300 probationary officers in the current financial year. Of them, 150 have been appointed till October. The remaining 150 will now be selected and appointed by Federicroot in December.
