DFSL Bharti Required Document list are given for candidates. Candidates should carry Proof of identity attached to the application by the candidate himself at the time of verification of documents/certificates. e.g. It is mandatory to bring Aadhaar card, PAN card and its self-attested copy. If you have applied for a reserved seat, you must bring along all the original certificates required for that confirmation.

The list of documents/certificates to be brought by the said candidates is given in the table below.

1. Self-declaration that the applicant’s information is correct (in the prescribed format)
2. Proof of educational qualification
3. Proof of age – (Birth certificate / 10th class school leaving certificate
4. Proof of belonging to economically weaker section (certificate from competent authority)
5. Caste validity certificate of the relevant category for candidates selected from the reserved category
6. Non-creamy layer certificate (current financial year)
7. Proof of being an eligible disabled person
8. Proof of being an eligible ex-serviceman
9. Proof of being eligible for reservation for sportspersons
10. Proof of being eligible for orphan reservation
11. Domicile certificate of Maharashtra
12. State Certificate of competent authority in the prescribed format for Marathi speaking candidates from 865 villages claimed by the Maharashtra Government in the Maharashtra-Karnataka border area
13. Proof of change in name for married women
14. Proof of knowledge of Marathi language (10th class pass certificate)
15. Affidavit of small family (in the prescribed format)
16. Graduates/Degree holders Part-time
17. Certificate MS-CIT or equivalent
18. Certificate Typing Certificate (where required)
19. Experience Certificate (from the concerned establishment/HR department)

DFSL भरती पात्र उमेदवाराने कागदपत्रे / प्रमाणपत्रे पडताळणीच्या वेळी स्वतः च्या ओळखीच्या पुराव्यासाठी अर्जासोबत जोडलेला ओळखीचा पुरावा उदा. आधारकार्ड, पॅनकार्ड व त्याची स्वसाक्षांकित प्रत सोबत आणणे अनिवार्य आहे. आरक्षित जागेकरीता अर्ज केला असल्यास त्या पुष्ठवर्ध आवश्यक असणारी सर्व मूळ प्रमाणपत्रे सोबत आणणे आवश्यक आहे.

सदर उमेदवारांनी सोबत आणावयाच्या कागदपत्रे/ प्रमाणपत्रांची यादी खालील तक्त्यात दिलेली आहे.

1. अर्जदाराची माहिती बरोबर असल्याचे स्वयंघोषणापत्र (विहित नमून्यात

6. नॉन क्रिमिलेअर प्रमाणपत्र (चालु आर्थिक वर्षातील)
7. पात्र दिव्यांग व्यक्ती असल्याचा पुरावा
8. पात्र माजी सैनिक असल्याचा पुरावा
9. खेळाडूंसाठी आरक्षणाकरीता पात्र असल्याचा पुरावा
10. अनाथ आरक्षणाकरीता पात्र असल्याचा पुरावा
11. महाराष्ट्र राज्याचा अधिवास प्रमाणपत्र
12. महाराष्ट्र कर्नाटक सीमा भागातील महाराष्ट्र शासनाने दावा सांगितलेल्या 865 गावातील मराठी भाषिक उमेदवारांना सक्षम प्राधिका-यांचा विहित नमुन्यातील दाखला
13. विवाहित स्त्रियांच्या नावात बदल झाल्याचा पुरावा
14. मराठी भाषेचे ज्ञान असल्याचा पुरावा (इ.10 वी उत्तीर्ण प्रमाणपत्र)
15. लहान कुटुंबाचे प्रतिज्ञापन (विहित नमुन्यात)
16. पदवीधर/पदविकाधारक अंशकालीन असल्याबाबतचे प्रमाणपत्र
17. MS-CIT अथवा समक्ष प्रमाणपत्र
18. टंकलेखन प्रमाणपत्र (आवश्यक असेल तेथे)
19. अनुभव प्रमाणपत्र (संबंधित आस्थापना / HR विभागाचे)

ज्या पदांकरीता अनुभव आवश्यक आहे अथवा अनुभवास प्राधान्य आहे, अशा पदांकरीता

उमेदवारांने अनुभव नमूद केला असल्यास –

1. नियुक्ती आदेश
2. अनुभव प्रमाणपत्र

खालील परिस्थितीत उमेदवारांना निवडीकरीता अपात्र करण्यात येईल व त्याबाबत उमेदवारांच्या कोणत्याही तक्रारीची दखल घेतली जाणार नाही.

1. कागदपत्रे / प्रमाणपत्र पडताळणीनंतर उमेदवार विहित शैक्षणिक अर्हता व इतर आवश्यक अर्हता धारण करीत नसल्याचे आढळून आल्यास
2. कागदपत्रे / प्रमाणपत्रे पडताळणीसाठी अपूर्ण दस्तऐवज / प्रमाणपत्र असल्यास तसेच चुकीची कागदपत्रे / प्रमाणपत्रे आढळून आल्यास, कागदपत्रे / प्रमाणपत्रे पडताळणीसाठी उपरोक्त दिवशी जे उमेदवार उपस्थित राहणार नाहीत, अशा उमेदवारास नियुक्तीची आवश्यकता नाही, असे गृहीत धरुन त्यांची निवड रद्द केली जाईल व त्यानंतर अशा उमेदवारांच्या कोणत्याही पत्रव्यवहाराची दखल घेतली जाणार नाही, याची सर्व उमेदवारांनी नोंद घ्यावी.
3. कागदपत्रे / प्रमाणपत्रे पडताळणीसाठी उमेदवारांनी स्वखर्चाने उपस्थित रहावयाचे आहे.
4. कागदपत्रे / प्रमाणपत्रे पडताळणीसाठी बोलावले याचा अर्थ आपली निवड झाली आहे असा नसून आपली निवड विचाराधीन आहे.

कागदपत्रे / प्रमाणपत्रे पडताळणी प्रक्रियेबाबत संचालनालयाचा निर्णय अंतिम राहील व सर्व उमेदवारांना बंधनकारक राहील.

DFSL DV Notice – The provisional selection list (including waiting list) has been published on the website of the Directorate on 27.02.2025, taking into account the merit order of the candidates in the online examination conducted for the recruitment of the Group-C cadre in the Direct Service Recruitment on the establishment of the Directorate of Judicial Assistant Scientific Laboratories by TCS on 19.09.2024, 20.09.2024 and 23.09.2024, taking into account the social and parallel reservation as well as the priority order of the candidates who got the same marks.

The candidates included in the provisional selection list should appear in person at the place and time mentioned below along with the documents / certificates applicable to the relevant post as well as uploaded in the online application such as educational qualification, experience, caste certificate, caste validity certificate, age proof, domicile certificate and all other original documents / certificates along with two self-attested copies of each of them.
