According to the public advertisement for filling up the vacant posts in Group C Post &  Group 4 Cadre under in Bhumi Abhilekh Vibhag for division of Nashik, Amravati, Nagpur, Pune, Aurangabad, Konkan (Mumbai) from 28th November 2022 to 30th November 2022 through IBPS Company. The result (general merit list) of all the candidates appearing in the online test (Computer Based Test) and the details of the vacancies available for the posts as per the category wise parallel reservation in the department have been released on 21/01/2023. Accordingly, based on the availability of vacancies in the department and the general merit list published as per the results of the online examination, the revised list of the candidates for verification / examination of the documents for the recruitment process is being published along with this. Candidates included in the list have to attend the document verification / inspection office as per the schedule.

कागदपत्रे पडताळणी/ तपासणी कामी उमेदवारांची सुधारित यादी प्रसिद्ध करण्याबाबत

1. राज्याच्या भूमी अभिलेख जमिनीची मोजणी विभागांतर्गत करणाऱ्या भूकरमापकांची भरती प्रक्रिया अंतिम टप्प्यात आली आहे. पुढील महिन्यापासून १२५० भूकरमापक विभागात सेवा बजावणार आहेत. भूमी अभिलेख विभागांतर्गत विविध पदांवरील कर्मचाऱ्यांमार्फत फेरफार उतारा, जमिनीच्या नोंदी आणि जमिनीची मोजणीचे काम करण्यात येते. जमीन मोजणीचे काम करणाऱ्या भूकरमापकांची राज्यात पदे रिक्त आहेत.
2. भूमिअभिलेख विभागात एकूण चार हजार पदे कार्यरत आहेत. पैकी भूकरमापकांची दीड हजार पदे रिक्त आहेत. त्यातील १२५० पदे भरण्यास राज्य सरकारने मान्यता दिली आहे. त्यानुसार गेल्या वर्षी नोव्हेंबरमध्ये परीक्षा घेण्यात आली. त्यानंतर निकालही जाहीर करण्यात आला.
3. उत्तीर्ण झालेल्या उमेदवारांच्या वर्गवारीनुसार कागदपत्रांची छाननी केली जाणार आहे. त्यात पात्र ठरणाऱ्या उमेदवारांची २१ एप्रिलनंतर अंतिम यादी जाहीर केली जाईल. यादीनुसार उमेदवारांना एक मे रोजी भूमी अभिलेख सेवेत दाखल करण्याचे नियुक्तीपत्र दिले जाईल,’ असे जमाबंदी विभागाचे अतिरिक्त आयुक्त आनंद रायते यांनी स्पष्ट केले.

उपसंचालक भूमि अभिलेख नाशिक, अमरावती, नागपूर, पुणे, औरंगाबाद, कोकण (मुंबई) यांच्या अधीनस्त विभागातील गट क पदसमुह ४ (भूकरमापक तथा लिपीक-टंकलेखक) संवर्गातील रिक्त पदे भरण्याकामी प्रसिद्ध जाहिरातीनुसार दिनांक २८ नोव्हेंबर २०२२ ते ३० नोव्हेंबर २०२२ कालावधीत IBPS कंपनीमार्फत घेण्यात आलेल्या ऑनलाईन परिक्षेस (Computer Based Test) उपस्थित असलेल्या सर्व उमेदवारांचा गुणानुक्रमे निकाल (सर्वसाधारण गुणवत्ता यादी ) व विभागातील प्रवर्गनिहाय समांतर आरक्षणानुसार पदभरतीकामी उपलब्ध जागांचा तपशील दिनांक २१/०१/२०२३ रोजी प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आलेला आहे.

1. ऑनलाईन परिक्षेचा निकाल (सर्वसाधारण गुणवत्ता यादी) व समांतर आरक्षणानुसार प्रवर्गनिहाय उपलब्ध जागा विचारात घेवून दि. १५/०२/२०२३ रोजी कागदपत्रे पडताळणी / तपासणी कामी उमेदवारांची यादी प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आलेली होती. परंतु सदर यादीबाबत काही आक्षेप प्राप्त झाल्यामुळे सदर यादी मागे घेण्यात येवून ऑनलाईन अर्ज प्रक्रियेद्वारे विभागाकडे प्राप्त झालेली उमेदवारांच्या माहितीची तपासणी करण्यात आलेली आहे. ऑनलाईन परिक्षेचा निकाल जाहीर झाल्यानंतर उमेदवारांनी ऑनलाईन अर्ज सादर करताना भरलेल्या माहितीमध्ये कोणताही बदल करण्यास परवानगी देता येणार नाही. तथापि महिला उमेदवारांचे बाबतीत ऑनलाईन अर्ज सादर करताना उमेदवारांनी लिंग या रकान्यात भरलेली माहिती महिला आरक्षणाकरीता ग्राह्य धरण्याबाबत विभागाकडून निर्णय घेण्यात आलेला आहे.
2. त्यानुसार विभागात पदभरती कामी उपलब्ध जागा व ऑनलाईन परिक्षेच्या निकालानुसार प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आलेली सर्वसाधारण गुणवत्ता यादीच्या आधारे पदभरती प्रक्रियेकामी कागदपत्रे पडताळणी / तपासणी कामी उमेदवारांची सुधारीत यादी यासोबत प्रसिद्ध करण्यात येत आहे. यादीमध्ये समाविष्ट उमेदवारांनी कागदपत्रे पडताळणी / तपासणी कामी नमुद ठिकाणी वेळापत्रकानुसार उपस्थित रहाण्याचे आहे.
3. सोबतच्या यादीमध्ये नमूद उमेदवारांना गुणवत्ता व नमुद आरक्षणानुसार केवळ कागदपत्रे तपासणीकामी बोलविण्यात आलेले आहे. उमेदवारांची कागदपत्रे पडताळणी / तपासणी अंती पात्र ठरलेल्या उमेदवारांची प्रवर्गनिहाय समांतर आरक्षणानुसार उपलब्ध पदांनुसार अंतिम निवडसुची प्रसिद्ध करण्यात येईल. व उर्वरित पात्र उमेदवारांचा समावेश प्रतिक्षासूचीत करण्यात येईल. याबाबत अंतिम निर्णय घेण्याचे अधिकार संबंधीत विभागीय उपसंचालक भूमि अभिलेख यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखालील प्रादेशिक निवड समिती यांना राहतील.

Based on the general merit list released on 21/01/2023 for the post of Group C Post Group 4 (Land Surveyor and Clerk) cadre in the Land Records Department, the department-wise list of document examiner candidates was announced on the website. It may be noted that after re-verification of the general merit list and published list, revised department wise list of document verification/verification candidates will be published on the website on Monday 20/02/2023.

Bhumi Abhilekh Examine 2022 Results will be declared on 15th December 2022. The result of recruitment Bhumi Abhilekh Exam conducted for 1013 posts by Land Records Department will be declared on 15th December 2022 . Appointment letters will be given to the qualified candidates immediately. After that the divisional officer of land record department will allocate the district. These candidates will be given work experience as Assistant Land Surveyors at Taluka level in these districts. Meanwhile, the work of the concerned candidates, how much interest they have in this work will be understood. After that 90 days training will be given in the month of June at Maharashtra State Land Archives Training Prabodhini in Aurangabad. Raite also explained that if some candidates do not join within a month after the results or if the candidates who have joined leave due to some reasons, the candidates in the waiting list will be given a chance to avoid vacancies.

1. भूमी अभिलेख विभागाकडून १११३ पदांसाठी घेण्यात आलेल्या भरती परीक्षेचा निकाल १५ डिसेंबरला जाहीर केला जाणार आहे. उत्तीर्ण झालेल्या उमेदवारांना तातडीने नियुक्ती पत्रे देण्यात येणार आहेत.
2. भूमी अभिलेख विभागातील मनुष्यबळाची कमतरता लक्षात घेऊन यंदा प्रथमच भरती परीक्षेच्या निकालानंतर प्रतीक्षा यादी जाहीर करण्यात येणार आहे. काही कारणांनी नियुक्त झालेले उमेदवार हजर झाले नाहीत, तर प्रतीक्षा यादीतील उमेदवारांना संधी दिली जाणार आहे.
3. गेल्या वर्षभरापासून विविध कारणांनी पुढे ढकलण्यात आलेली भूमी अभिलेख विभागाकडून १११३ भूकरमापक (सर्व्हेअर) पदासाठी नुकतीच परीक्षा घेण्यात आली. पुणे विभागात २६३, नागपूर विभागात १८९, कोकण-मुंबई विभागात २४४, नाशिक विभागात १०२, औरंगाबाद २०७, तर अमरावती विभागात १०८ जागा रिक्त आहेत. अशा एकूण १११३ जागा भरण्यात येणार आहेत.
4. याबाबत बोलताना भूमी अभिलेख विभागाचे अतिरिक्त आयुक्त आनंद रायते म्हणाले, ‘परीक्षा घेतलेल्या आयबीपीएस कंपनीला आरक्षणनिहाय बिंदुनामावली पाठविण्यात आली आहे. त्यानुसार या कंपनीकडून जमाबंदी आयुक्त निरंजन सुधांशू यांच्याकडे यादी येणार आहे. विभागनिहाय गुणवत्तायादी १५ डिसेंबरला भूमी अभिलेख विभागाच्या संकेतस्थळावर जाहीर केली जाणार आहे. या परीक्षेला राज्यभरातून प्राप्त झालेल्या अर्जांपैकी ४८ हजार ११० उमेदवारांचे अर्ज छाननीअंती वैध ठरले. त्यापैकी ३२ हजार ६३ उमेदवारांनी प्रत्यक्ष परीक्षा दिली. यामधून १११३ उमेदवारांची यादी जाहीर केली जाणार आहे.’
5. दरम्यान, निकाल जाहीर झाल्यानंतर संबंधित उमेदवारांना तातडीने नियुक्तीपत्रे देण्यात येणार आहेत. त्यानंतर भूमी अभिलेख विभागाचे विभागीय अधिकारी जिल्हा वाटप करतील. या जिल्ह्यांमध्ये तालुकास्तरावर या उमेदवारांना सहायक भूकरमापक म्हणून कामाचा अनुभव दिला जाणार आहे. या दरम्यान संबंधित उमेदवारांचे काम, त्यांना या कामात किती रस आहे, हे समजणार आहे. त्यानंतर औरंगाबाद येथील महाराष्ट्र राज्य भूमी अभिलेख प्रशिक्षण प्रबोधिनी येथे जून महिन्यात ९० दिवसांचे प्रशिक्षण दिले जाणार आहे. काही उमेदवार निकालानंतर एक महिन्यात रुजू न झाल्यास किंवा रुजू झालेले उमेदवार काही कारणांनी सोडून गेल्यास जागा रिक्त राहू नयेत म्हणून प्रतीक्षा यादीतील उमेदवारांना संधी दिली जाणार आहे, असेही रायते यांनी स्पष्ट केले.
