Murud Rural Hospital Bharti 2022- As per the news, Half of the posts are vacant in Murud Rural Hospital. As the workload of the hospital is falling on other officers and employees, A total of 27 posts have been sanctioned in Murud Rural Hospital; However, 14 of them are vacant. Due to non-permanent appointment of medical superintendent for the last three years, medical officers are facing difficulties in making decisions in case of irregularities in the patient service and catastrophic situation.

या जिल्ह्यातील ग्रामीण रुग्णालयात विविध पदे रिक्त

 मुरूड ग्रामीण रुग्णालयात तब्बल निम्मी पदे रिक्त आहेत. रुग्णालयातील कामाचा भार अन्य अधिकारी, कर्मचाऱ्यांवर येत असल्याने त्यांची त्रेधातिरपिट उडत आहे. ग्रामीण भागातील रुग्णांचे हाल होत असल्याने ही रिक्त पदे तातडीने भरण्यात यावीत, अशी मागणी होत आहे.

मुरूड ग्रामीण रुग्णालयात एकूण २७ पदे मंजूर आहेत; मात्र त्यापैकी १४ पदे रिक्त आहेत. गेल्या तीन वर्षांपासून वैद्यकीय अधीक्षक कायमस्वरूपी नियुक्त न केल्यामुळे रुग्णसेवेत अनियमिता, तसेच आपत्तीजनक स्थिती ओढवल्यास निर्णय घेताना वैद्यकीय अधिकाऱ्यांना समस्यांना सामोरे जावे लागत आहे. डॉ. बागुल यांच्या सेवानिवृत्तीनंतर गेल्या साडेतीन वर्षांपासून मुरूड ग्रामीण रुग्णालयात कोणत्याही एम. डी. वा एम. एस. प्रावीण्यप्राप्त अधिकाऱ्याची नियुक्ती करण्यात आलेली नाही. सद्य:स्थितीत डॉ. विजय हाडबे, तसेच डॉ. अमित मोरे यांच्यावर एल. के. बी. व फातिमा बेगम या रुग्णालयांचीही जबाबदारी आहे. डॉक्टर्स हंगामी तत्त्वावर, तसेच कंत्राटी पद्धतीने भरती करण्यात येत असल्याने बाह्य रुग्णसेवेवरदेखील परिणाम होत असतो.

ग्रामीण रुग्णालयात नियुक्त करण्यात येणारे एमबीबीएस डॉक्टर्स कंत्राटी पद्धतीने नेमण्यात येतात; मात्र पूर्णवेळ वैद्यकीय अधीक्षक कायमस्वरूपी नियुक्त न केल्याने अलिबाग जिल्हा रुग्णालयातील कार्यरत वैद्यकीय अधिकारी डॉ. पडोळे यांच्याकडे मुरूड ग्रामीण रुग्णालयाचा वैद्यकीय अधीक्षक पदाचा अतिरिक्त कार्यभार आहे.

उपचारांसाठी शहरात धाव

मुरूडसारख्या डोंगरदऱ्यांच्या तालुक्यात सुसज्ज आरोग्यसेवेची आवश्यकता आहे. याच ग्रामीण रुग्णालयात बाह्य रुग्ण विभागात सरासरी १०० ते १२० रुग्णांची तपासणी व औषध योजना होत असे; मात्र अलीकडे तज्ज्ञ डॉक्टर्स नसल्याने येथील रुग्णांना अलिबाग, रोहा अथवा पुणे, मुंबईत वैद्यकीय उपचारांसाठी धाव घ्यावी लागते. गोरगरीबांना हा खर्च परवडत नसल्याने सर्वसामान्यांमध्ये नाराजी व्यक्त होत आहे.

रिक्त जागांविषयी कर्मचारी वर्ग उपलब्ध व्हावा यासाठी जिल्हा शल्यचिकित्सक रायगड यांच्याशी वैद्यकीय अधीक्षक डॉ. पाडवे प्रयत्न करीत आहेत
