Directorate of Accounts and Treasury Department Recruitment latest update | लेखा व कोषागार संचालनालय विभाग भरती नवीन अपडेट्स – A circular has been issued by the State Finance Department on July 31, 2023 for the recruitment of posts of Junior Accountant cadre in the Directorate of Accounts and Accounts. It was decided to recruit through MPSC for 424 posts. TCS-ION company was appointed for the online examination. Not only this, the schedule for completing the preliminary process and conducting the online examination by December 2023, inviting objections regarding the questions in the question paper by January 2024, declaring the result by February 2024 and verifying the documents and taking action for appointment was decided. Despite scheduling a date-wise schedule, nothing happened. There was no exam and nothing happened. This has disappointed young people who are struggling for their lives to get recruited.
Meanwhile, after repeated follow-ups from the youth about the exam, the Finance Department issued another circular on May 27, 2024, directing it to publish an advertisement for the recruitment of the stalled junior accountant post. On this, the Directorate of Accounts and Accounts said that the recruitment was stalled due to technical reasons and said that it was pursuing with TCS Company. He, however, said it could not provide information on when the recruitment advertisement would be published as no action was taken in connection with the MoU with the company.

कुणी राेखली कनिष्ठ लेखापाल संवर्गातील रिक्त पदांची भरती?
बेराेजगारीच्या भीषण प्रश्नामुळे नाेकऱ्यांसाठी जीवाचा आटापीटा सहन करणाऱ्या तरुणांना सरकारी भरतीबाबत शासन, प्रशासन स्तरावर सुरू असलेल्या टाळाटाळपणामुळे मनस्ताप सहन करावा लागताे आहे. याचे आणखी एक गंभीर प्रकरण कनिष्ठ लेखापाल संवर्गातील भरतीच्या रुपाने समाेर येत आहे. या संवर्गातील ४२४ पदाच्या भरतीचे परिपत्रक काढून वर्ष लाेटले, पण पुढची काेणतीच प्रक्रिया झाली नाही. त्यामुळे या पदासाठी दिवसरात्र करणाऱ्या राज्यातील हजाराे तरुणांची निराशा झाली आहे.
- स्वातंत्र्याच्या अमृत महाेत्सवी वर्षामध्ये शासकीय कार्यालयातील रिक्त पदांची भरती करण्याच्या उद्देशाने लेखा व काेषागार संचालनालयातील कनिष्ठ लेखापाल संवर्गातील पदांच्या भरतीसाठी राज्याच्या वित्त विभागातर्फे ३१ जुलै २०२३ राेजी परिपत्रक काढण्यात आले हाेते. ४२४ पदांसाठी एमपीएससीद्वारे भरती करण्याचे निश्चित झाले. ऑनलाईन परीक्षेसाठी टीसीएस-आयओएन कंपनीची नियुक्त करण्यात आली. एवढेच नाही तर प्राथमिक प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करून डिसेंबर २०२३ पर्यंत ऑनलाईन परीक्षा घेणे, जानेवारी २०२४ पर्यंत प्रश्नपत्रिकेतील प्रश्नांबाबत हरकती मागविणे, फेब्रुवारी २०२४ पर्यंत निकाल घाेषित करणे व कागदपत्रांची पडताळणी करून नियुक्तीची कारवाई करण्यापर्यंतचा कार्यक्रम ठरविण्यात आला. तारीखनिहाय कार्यक्रम निर्धारित करूनही पुढे काहीच झाले नाही. परीक्षा झाली नाही आणि काहीच झाले नाही. भरती हाेईल म्हणून जीवाचे रान करून अभ्यास करणाऱ्या तरुणांची यामुळे घाेर निराशा झाली आहे.
- कंपनीशी करार न झाल्याने रखडली भरती – दरम्यान परीक्षेबाबत तरुणांकडून वारंवार पाठपुरावा केल्यानंतर वित्त विभागातर्फे २७ मे २०२४ राेजी आणखी एक परिपत्रक काढून रखडलेल्या कनिष्ठ लेखापाल पदाच्या भरतीसाठी जाहीरात प्रसिद्ध करण्याचे निर्देश देण्यात आले हाेते. त्यावर लेखा व काेषागार संचालनालयाने तांत्रिक कारणाने भरती रखडल्याचे कारण देत टीसीएस कंपनीकडे पाठपुरावा सुरू असल्याचे नमूद केले. मात्र कंपनीसाेबत सामंजस्य कराराच्या अनुषंगाने कारवाई न झाल्याने भरतीची जाहीरात कधी प्रसिद्ध केली जाईल, याबाबत माहिती उपलब्ध करून देता येणार नसल्याचे नमूद केले.
- विभाग म्हणते माहिती नाही – याबाबत ‘लाेकमत’ने नागपूर येथील काेषागार विभागाच्या कार्यालयात संपर्क केला असता शासकीय प्रक्रिया कधी पूर्ण हाेईल सांगता येत नाही, आम्हाला या भरती प्रक्रियेबाबत काहीही माहिती व कल्पनाही नाही, असे उत्तर मिळाले.
