Maratha Reservation Details | Maratha Aarakshan – Tehsildar Madan Jadhav said that as per the directions of the State Backward Classes Commission and the state government, a special campaign will be conducted in the city and talukas for which 447 enumerators and 34 supervisors including talathi, gram sevak, agricultural assistant, teacher have been appointed.

In order to provide accurate information about the community by conducting a physical survey of all the families of the Maratha community in the state, the State Backward Classes Commission will conduct a special campaign on Maratha survey in every village from January 23 to 31. As part of this, training was organized for enumerators and supervisors at the district level on January 20 and at the taluka level on January 21. The entire survey will be conducted through a mobile app that will help the State Backward Classes Commission to understand the information immediately.

राज्य मागासवर्ग आयोग व राज्य शासनाच्या निर्देशाप्रमाणे शहरासह तालुक्यात मराठा सर्व्हेक्षण बाबत विशेष मोहीम राबविण्यात येणार असून त्यासाठी तलाठी, ग्रामसेवक, कृषी सहायक, शिक्षकासह 447 प्रगणक व 34 पर्यवेक्षकाची नेमणूक करण्यात आल्याची माहिती तहसीलदार मदन जाधव यांनी दिली.

• राज्यातील मराठा समाजातील सर्व कुटुंबाचे प्रत्यक्ष सर्व्हेक्षण करून समाजाची अचूक माहिती मिळावी या दृष्टिकोनातून राज्य मागासवर्ग आयोगाच्या माध्यमातून 23 ते 31 जानेवारी दरम्यान प्रत्येक गावात मराठा सर्व्हेक्षण बाबत विशेष मोहीम राबविण्यात येणार आहे. त्याचाच एक भाग म्हणून 20 जानेवारी रोजी जिल्हा स्तरावर तर 21 जानेवारी रोजी तालुका स्तरावर प्रगणक व पर्यवेक्षक यांच्यासाठी प्रशिक्षण आयोजित करण्यात आले होते. सदरचे संपूर्ण सर्व्हेक्षण हे मोबाईल अँप च्या माध्यमातून केले जाणार असून त्यामुळे मिळणारी माहिती तात्काळ राज्य मागासवर्ग आयोगाला समजण्यास मदत होणार आहे.
• तालुक्यातील सर्व प्रगणक यांना गाव व वॉर्ड नेमून देण्यात आले असून त्या वॉर्डातील सर्व घरांमध्ये जाऊन सर्व्हेक्षण करावे लागणार आहे. सर्व प्रगणक यांना आयोगाच्या वतीने ओळखपत्र देण्यात आले आहे. सर्व्हेक्षण पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर प्रगणक यांना संबंधित घरावर मार्कर पेनने गोल काढून त्यामध्ये MSBCC हा शब्द लिहावा लागणार आहे. यामध्ये नागरिकांना पुरावा म्हणून कोणतेही कागदपत्रे देण्याची आवश्यकता नसून फक्त अँप मधील प्रश्नांची उत्तरे द्यायची आहेत.
• अँप मध्ये मूलभूत माहिती, आर्थिक माहिती, कौटुंबिक माहिती, सामाजिक माहिती, आरोग्य विषयक माहिती अशा एकूण पाच भागात प्रश्नावलीची विभागणी करण्यात आली असून 180 पेक्षा जास्त प्रश्न असणार आहेत. हे प्रश्न फक्त मराठा किंवा खुल्या प्रवर्गातील कुटूंबासाठी असून सर्व्हेक्षण करताना यापूर्वीच आरक्षणाचा लाभ मिळत असलेल्या कुटुंब आढळल्यास त्यांचा सर्व्हे पहिल्या दोन प्रश्नातच पूर्ण होणार आहे. रोज होणाऱ्या सर्व्हेक्षणाची माहिती तहसील स्तरावर सुद्धा पहावयास मिळणार आहे.
• तालुका स्तरावर तहसीलदार यांना नोडल अधिकारी तर मुख्याधिकारी यांना सहायक नोडल अधिकारी म्हणून नेमण्यात आले आहे.तहसील स्तरावर निवासी नायब तहसीलदार चंद्रकांत हेडगिरे यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली नियंत्रण कक्ष स्थापन करण्यात आला असून त्यात पाच कर्मचाऱ्यांची नेमणूक करण्यात आली.मराठा सर्व्हेक्षण मोहिमेच्या अनुषंगाने दिनांक 23 ते 31 जानेवारी दरम्यान राज्य मागासवर्ग आयोगाने नेमलेले प्रगणक तालुक्यातील सर्व कुटुंबांना भेट देणार असून त्यांना सहकार्य करण्याचे व प्रश्नावली मधील इत्यंभूत माहिती द्यावी. मदन जाधव, तहसीलदार
