Intelligence Bureau Recruitment 2024 HALL TICKET | IB ACIO-II/Tech 2024 ADMIT CARD DOWNLOAD The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has released the admit card for the post of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade-II/Executive (ACIO-II/Exe) in the Intelligence Bureau Department, Government of India on January 9. This announcement notifies applicants in the cities where the test will be conducted for the position mentioned above. The total number of vacancies available for the post is 995. In addition, the Intelligence Bureau (IB) ACIO Grade II/Executive Examination will be held on January 17 and 18, 2024.
IB ACIO-II/Tech 2024 Hall Ticket – Written Test details
- Tier-I Exam (1 hour, 100 marks): 100 Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Divided into 5 parts, each containing 20 questions of 1 mark each:
- a) Current Affairs, b) General Studies, c) Numerical Ability, d) Logic/Logical Ability, e) English. Negative marking of 1/4 mark for each incorrect answer.
- Tier-II (1 hour, 50 marks) Descriptive type paper. Includes an essay (30 marks) and English comprehension and accurate writing (20 marks).
- Interview Tier-III/Interview: Evaluation of 100 marks
- The cut-off marks of the candidates for Tier-I are selected as follows: UR (Unreserved) – 35 OBC (OBC) – 34 SC/ST (SC/ST) – 33 EWS (Economically Weaker Section) – 35.
- By ensuring a fair evaluation process, ex-servicemen will be categorised on the basis of their respective groups. Shortlisting for Tier-II is done on the basis of performance and generalization of marks, which meets the criteria set to advance in the candidate selection process.
