युवकांना राज्य शासनासोबत काम करण्याची संधी देणाऱ्या मुख्यमंत्री फेलोशिप कार्यक्रमाची अर्ज प्रक्रिया आजपासून सुरू झाली आहे. पुढील २४ दिवस ऑनलाइन पद्धतीने अर्ज स्वीकारले जाणार आहेत. अर्ज करण्याचा शेवटचा दिनांक २ मार्च २०२३ असा आहे. राज्याच्या विकासात योगदान देण्याची इच्छा असणाऱ्या तरुण व होतकरू मुला – मुलींनी या कार्यक्रमात सहभागी व्हावे, असे आवाहन मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे व उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी केले आहे.

राज्यातील युवकांना प्रशासनासोबत काम करण्याचा अनुभव देत त्यांच्यातील ऊर्जा, धाडस, कल्पकता आणि तंत्रज्ञानातील गतीचा उपयोग करून प्रशासकीय प्रक्रियांना गती देणे, नावीन्यपूर्ण संकल्पना राबविणे हा मुख्यमंत्री फेलोशिप कार्यक्रमाचा मुख्य उद्देश आहे. तसेच या कार्यक्रमाच्या माध्यमातून युवकांनाही धोरण निर्मिती, नियोजन, कार्यक्रमांची अंमलबजावणी या संदर्भात महत्त्वपूर्ण अनुभव मिळतो. त्यांच्या ज्ञानाच्या व अनुभवाच्या कक्षा रुंदावतात. २०१५ ते २०२० या कालावधीत या कार्यक्रमाची यशस्वी अंमलबजावणी झाल्यानंतर त्यात खंड पडला होता. लोकाग्रहास्तव हा कार्यक्रम आता पुन्हा सुरू करण्यात येत आहे.

मुख्यमंत्री फेलोशिप २०२३ करीता अर्ज करण्यासाठी वय २१ ते २६ वर्षे दरम्यान असावे. ६० टक्के गुणांसह पदवी व एक वर्षाचा कामाचा अनुभव, असे किमान निकष आहेत. ऑनलाइन परीक्षा, निबंध व मुलाखत अशा त्रिस्तरीय चाचणीच्या माध्यमातून गुणवत्तेच्या आधारे फेलोंची निवड केली जाईल. आलेल्या अर्जांमधून ६० युवक मुख्यमंत्री फेलो म्हणून निवडले जातील. वरिष्ठ अधिकाऱ्यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली राज्य शासनाच्या विविध विभाग व राज्यभरातील विविध कार्यालयांमध्ये हे फेलो वर्षभर काम करतील.

आयआयटी, मुंबई व आयआयएम, नागपूर हे या कार्यक्रमाचे संस्थात्मक भागीदार (ॲकॅडेमिक पार्टनर) आहेत. या दोन्ही संस्थांद्वारे सार्वजनिक धोरणासंबंधातील विविध विषयांचा अभ्यासक्रम फेलो पूर्ण करतील. त्यासाठी त्यांना आयआयटी, मुंबई व आयआयएम, नागपूर यांच्याकडून स्वतंत्र पदव्युत्तर पदविका प्रमाणपत्र देण्यात येईल.

Chief Minister Fellowship Program Bharti 2023 : Applicants posses with graduation with experience & also having age in between 21 years to 26 years can be apply to this. Also applicants need to pay applications fees as given

Eligibility Criteria for CM Fellowship Program Recruitment 2023:

• 1 The age of the candidate has to be between 21 years to 26 years as on the last date of submission of the application. That is a person having birthdate between 03/03/1997 to 03/03/2002(inclusive of both dates).
• 2. The candidate should be a graduate from any discipline with minimum 60% marks. However, preference will be given to higher educational qualification.
• 3. The candidate should possess at least 1 year of full time work experience. Full time internship / apprenticeship / articleship as part of a professional course will be considered as experience. Full time self-employment or entrepreneurship will also be considered as experience.
• 4. Candidate should be able to write, read and speak Marathi. Sufficient knowledge of Hindi and English is required. Applicants should have knowledge of internet and computer handling.

Selection process

Selection process will be implemented in two stages. Details of the selection process are as follows:

Stage 1

Part 1: Online Test
Part 2 : On the basis of highest marks shortlisting of 210 candidates for Stage 2

Stage 2

Part 1 : The shortlisted candidates will upload the essays
Part 2 : Interview (applicable to shortlisted candidates who upload essays)
Part 3 : List of selected candidates is published

Nature of online Test :

• Multiple choice objective questions
• Medium- Medium of the test will be English. Wherever feasible Marathi translation of the questions and optional answers will be provided
• Duration : 60 minutes

Composition of online test :

Shortlisting candidates for Stage 2

Total marks shall be out of 100
210 candidates having highest marks will be called for interview
Shortlisted candidates shall submit 3 written essays. The essays can be in Marathi, Hindi or English
Topics of essays will be conveyed to candidates through email and website
Only those shortlisted candidates who have submitted all 3 essays will be called for the interview. Shortlisted candidates not having submitting all 3 essays will not be eligible for the interview

Final Selection

Following marking system will be used for the final selection of candidates

Marks of online test, out of 100 will be converted into out of 15 marks + essays 30 marks + interview 50 marks + post graduation or professional degree 5 marks
List of selected 60 candidates and a waiting list of 15 candidates will be published
Vacancies created as a result of selected candidates not accepting the offer letter within stipulated time period will be filled from the waiting list
