| 1. Chief Mentor | 1) Possesses Post Graduate Degree in Science or engineering or equivalent. PhDs will be an advantage.2) Possesses experience in research or teaching or from the industry
3) Preference will be given to retired professionals. |
| 2. Junior Mentors | 1) Possesses bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or equivalent with a good aptitude for hands-on activities and good experimental skills. 2) Possesses experience in research or teaching or from the industry.4) Preference will be given to retired professionals or persons having labs or practical or industrial experience or skills. |
| 3. Education Assistant | 1) Possesses bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or equivalent with a good aptitude for hands-on activities and good experimental skills.2) Passion for investigative or innovative projects, model making, design ac- activities, experimentation, or similar shall be counted.3) Requisite mentality to work along with school children and students. |
| 4. Technician (Electrical) | 1) SSC or Matriculation with a certificate from ITI or equivalent in a discipline of the electrical trade. Candidates must have one year of experience after obtaining the certificate for a course duration of two years.3) Requisite mentality to work along with school children and students. |
| 5. Technician (Fitter) | 1) SSC or Matriculation with a certificate from ITI or equivalent in a discipline of the Fitter trade. Candidates must have one year of experience after ob-training the certificate for a course duration of two years. For candidates having certificates of one-year duration, two years of relevant experience after obtaining the certificate shall be required.
