Divyang Kalyan Ayuktalay Bharti 2024 – National Organization for Disability Welfare (नॉफ), Amravati invited applications for Special Teacher, Art / Craft / Physical Education / Director / Music Teacher and Hostel Superintendent etc., posts. There are total 5 vacancies available for these posts. Department Of Disability Affairs Bharti 2023:  Under the Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance, a separate Department of Disabilities was created for the overall development of persons with disabilities. It also includes the Disability Finance Development Corporation and its offices. दिव्यांग विभाग बनला कमकुवत , केवळ आठ अधिकारीच कार्यरत; २०६३ कर्मचाऱ्यांची प्रतीक्षाच

सामाजिक न्याय व विशेष साहाय्य विभागांतर्गत दिव्यांगाचा सर्वांगीण विकास करण्याकरिता स्वतंत्र दिव्यांग विभाग निर्माण करण्यात आला. यामध्ये दिव्यांग वित्त विकास महामंडळ व त्यांच्या कार्यालयांचादेखील समावेश आहे. या विभागासाठी स्वतंत्र सचिव व अधिकारी-कर्मचारी मिळून राज्यात एकूण २,०६३ पदे नव्याने निर्माण करण्यात येणार असल्याचे सांगण्यात आले. मात्र, गेली दहा महिने दिव्यांग विभाग कर्मचाऱ्यांविना अपूर्णच आहे.

1. सुमारे १,४०० कोटी रुपयाचा निधी तरतूद असलेला हा विभाग फक्त आठच अधिकारी चालवत असल्याने अनेक योजनांना खीळ बसली आहे. सध्या महाराष्ट्रात ३० लाखांपेक्षा अधिक दिव्यांग व्यक्ती असून स्वतंत्र दिव्यांग विभाग होण्याआधी दिव्यांगांचे शिक्षण, प्रशिक्षण, पुनर्वसनाच्या योजना या सामाजिक न्याय विभागाच्या नियंत्रणाखाली दिव्यांग कल्याण आयुक्त राबवत होते. जिल्हा स्तरावर देखील जिल्हा समाजकल्याण अधिकारी हे काम पाहतात. दिव्यांगांच्या आर्थिक, सामाजिक, शैक्षणिक विकासासाठी राबवण्यात येणाऱ्या विविध योजनांची प्रभावी अंमलबजावणी करण्यासाठी स्वतंत्र दिव्यांग विभाग उभारण्यात आला. याशिवाय केंद्र आणि राज्य शासनाकडून राबवण्यात अधिनियम आणि योजना राबवण्यात येत आहेत. मात्र, राज्यभर स्वतंत्र यंत्रणाच नसल्याने या स्वतंत्र विभागाचा उद्देश कसा पूर्ण होणार, असा प्रश्न प्रशासनासमोर आहे.
2. मंत्रिमंडळाच्या २९ नोव्हेंबर, २०२२ रोजी आयोजित बैठकीमध्ये सामाजिक न्याय व विशेष साहाय्य विभागातील ‘दिव्यांग कल्याण’ वेगळा करून स्वतंत्र ‘दिव्यांग कल्याण विभाग निर्माण करण्यास तसेच मंत्रालयीन स्तरावरील स्वतंत्र विभाग, आयुक्त, दिव्यांग कल्याण, प्रादेशिक स्तर, जिल्हा स्तर तसेच तालुका स्तरावरील अधिकारी, कर्मचाऱ्यांची एकूण २,०६३ पदे निर्माण करण्यास मान्यता देण्यात आली होती. त्यास अनुसरून सामान्य प्रशासन विभागाच्या १५ डिसेंबर, २०२२ च्या शासन अधिसूचनेद्वारे ‘दिव्यांग कल्याण विभाग’ निर्माण करण्यात आला.
3. आम्ही एमपीएससीकडे आमच्या स्वतंत्र दिव्यांग विभागासाठी २,०६३ पदे भरण्यासाठी पाठपुरावा करत आहोत. आगामी दोन महिन्यांत पदे भरली जातील. योजना राबवताना कर्मचाऱ्यांची अडचण असली तरी सामाजिक न्याय विभागाच्या कर्मचाऱ्यांची मदत घेतली जाते. – बच्चू कडू, आमदार
4. लवकरात लवकर पदे भरण्यासाठी मी स्वतः पाठपुरावा करत आहे. दिव्यांग विभागासाठी अनेक महत्वाकांक्षी योजना आम्ही राबविणार आहोत. ‘अभय महाजन, सचिव, दिव्यांग विभाग
