Govt Jobs by Old Method

State Cabinet decide to canceled the recruitment method which was started before 2 years. Government has started recruitment method Inter Departmental Committee of Officer (IDCO) 2 years back. This method was used to make recruitment to government department as per the need. Now government is back to the old recruitment process where the recruitment method was as before 2 years. As this information was provided by the Chief Minister Pramod Sawant after cabinet meetings.

He said that, before 2 years they started the recruitment method IDCO, this was used to recruit for the government department as per the need to the department. Now this recruitment method is canceled. For correction to this, 3 member committee from Administrative Improvements, Personnel & Finance Accounts department. These 3 member committee decide to the recruitment process by what recruitment process need to be followed as per the requirement.

On 2017, Ex CM Late Manohar Parikar committee started an committee which works under CM to recruit for the government department. This committee is name after IDCO which conduct the recruitment process, decides the rules for the recruitment process. This committee has full rights while conduct the recruitment process.
