RTE Admission 2020 : The process is set to begin in February 2020 this year for admission to 25% reserved seats under the Children’s Free and Compulsory Education Rights Act (RTE). Lottery will be removed in one phase for entry and a waiting list will also be prepared. This year, some new rules will also have to be implemented. Under RTE, free education is provided to the students of the weaker sections and the underprivileged. The online admissions process is implemented for this. A letter was sent from the Office of the Director of Primary Education seeking approval to implement the admissions process for the academic year 2020-21. It has also been approved by the government. Deputy Secretary Rajendra Pawar has also issued important guidelines on admission.

आजपासून ऑनलाइन प्रवेश प्रक्रिया : 11 फेब्रुवारीपासून अर्ज भरता येणार
पिंपरी – पिंपरी-चिंचवड शहरातील शाळांमध्ये आरटीई प्रवेश प्रक्रिया आजपासून सुरू होणार आहे. यावर्षी आरटीई प्रक्रियेमध्ये काही बदल करण्यात आले असून त्यानुसार आता 25 शाळांमधील 25 टक्के जागांसाठी राज्यातून तीन ऐवजी एकाच टप्प्यात लॉटरी काढली जाणार आहे. तर शाळांमध्ये आरटीईनुसार उपलब्ध जागांऐवढीच प्रतीक्षा यादी तयार करण्यात येणार आहे.
शिक्षण अधिकार अधिनियम 2009 मधील कलम 12 (सी) नुसार खाजगी विनाअनुदानित, कायम विनाअनुदानित शाळेमध्ये 25 टक्के जागा वंचित व दुर्बल घटकांतील मुलांमुलीसाठी राखीव ठेवण्याची तरतूद आहे. त्यानुसार यावर्षीही राज्याच्या प्राथमिक शिक्षक संचालकांनी 18 जानेवारी रोजी परिपत्रक काढले असून या परिपत्रकात आरटीई प्रवेशाच्या तारखा जाहीर करण्यात आल्या आहेत. 21 जानेवारी ते 6 फेब्रुवारी दरम्यान आरटीई प्रवेशप्राप्त 2019-2020 च्या ऍटो फॉरवर्ड केलेल्या शाळांची नोंदणीची गटशिक्षणाधिकारी स्तरावरुन पडताळणी केली जाणार आहे. तसेच 11 ते 29 फेब्रुवारी दरम्यान पालकांना ऑनलाईन अर्ज भरण्याची मुदत दिली आहे. तर 11 ते 12 मार्च दरम्यान राज्यस्तरावर लॉटरी काढण्यात येणार आहे.
लॉटरी काढल्यानंतर 16 मार्च ते 3 मार्च दरम्यान प्रवेश मिळालेल्या पालकांनी गट शिक्षणाधिकाऱ्यांकडून आपल्या कागदपत्रांची पडताळणी करुन प्रवेश निश्‍चित करुन घेणे गरजेचे आहे. 13 ते 18 एप्रिल या कालावधीमध्ये पहिल्या टप्प्यातील प्रतीक्षा यादीतील विद्यार्थ्यांना प्रवेश घेण्यासाठी मुदत दिली जाणार आहे. 24 ते 29 एप्रिल दरम्यान दुसऱ्या टप्प्यातील प्रतीक्षा यादीमधील विद्यार्थ्यांना प्रवेश घेण्यासाठी कालावधी दिला आहे. 6 ते 12 मे दरम्यान तिसऱ्या टप्प्यातील प्रतीक्षा यादीतील विद्यार्थ्यांचा प्रवेश होणार आहे.
तर 18 ते 22 मे दरम्यान चौथ्या टप्प्यातील प्रतीक्षा यादीतील विद्यार्थ्यांचे प्रवेश होणार आहेत. यावर्षीची संपूर्ण प्रवेश प्रक्रिया ही राज्यस्तरावरुन राबवण्यात येणार असून शाळेतील रिक्त जागेच्या संख्येनुसारच रिक्त जांगाची प्रतीक्षा यादी तयार केली जाणार आहे हे यावर्षीच्या प्रवेश प्रक्रियेचे वैशिष्ट्य आहे. तर दरवर्षीप्रमाणे याही वर्षी गट शिक्षणाधिकाऱ्यांनी आपल्या स्तरावर कागदपत्र पडताळणीसाठी समिती स्थापन करायची आहे. त्यामुळे, यावर्षीची प्रवेश प्रक्रिया लवकर आणि अपेक्षित वेळेत पार पडण्यासाठी मदत होणार आहे.
कागदपत्रे ऑनलाइन भरावी लागणार
आरटीईमधून प्रवेशासाठी पालकांना प्रवेशासाठी आवश्यक ते सर्व कागदपत्र ऑनलाईन भरावी लागणार आहेत. आरटीई प्रवेशासाठी आवश्यक कागदपत्रांची माहिती गट शिक्षणाधिकारी दालनाबाहेरील नोटीस बोर्ड वर लावण्यात येणार आहे.
पुणे – बालकांच्या मोफत व सक्‍तीच्या शिक्षण हक्‍क कायद्यांतर्गतच्या (आरटीई) 25 टक्के राखीव जागांवरील प्रवेशासाठी यंदा फेब्रुवारीत प्रक्रिया सुरू करण्यात येणार आहे. प्रवेशासाठी एकाच टप्प्यात लॉटरी काढण्यात येणार असून प्रतिक्षा यादीही तयार करण्यात येणार आहे. यंदा काही नवीन नियमांचीही अंमलबजावणी करावी लागणार आहे.
“आरटीई“ अंतर्गत दुर्बल व वंचित घटकातील विद्यार्थ्यांना मोफत शिक्षण देण्यात येते. यासाठी ऑनलाइन प्रवेश प्रक्रिया राबविण्यात येते. प्राथमिक शिक्षण संचालक कार्यालयाकडून सन 2020-21 या शैक्षणिक वर्षासाठी प्रवेश प्रक्रिया राबविण्यास मान्यता मिळविण्यासाठी शासनाच्या शालेय शिक्षण विभागाकडे पत्र पाठविण्यात आले होते. त्यास शासनाकडून मान्यताही देण्यात आली आहे. प्रवेशाबाबत उपसचिव राजेंद्र पवार यांनी महत्त्वपूर्ण मार्गदर्शक सूचनाही जारी केल्या आहेत.
प्रवेश प्रक्रिया राबविण्याचे नियोजन करण्यासाठी प्राथमिक बैठका सुरू झाल्या आहेत. येत्या 16 जानेवारी रोजी “एनआयसी’तील अधिकाऱ्यांबरोबर बैठक होणार असून यात प्रवेशाचे वेळापत्रक, पूर्वतयारी, तांत्रिक अडचणींवर उपाययोजना यावर सविस्तर चर्चा होणार आहे.
दरवर्षी प्रवेशासाठी तीन टप्प्यांत लॉटरी काढण्यात येत होती. त्यामुळे प्रवेश प्रक्रिया शाळा सुरू झाल्या तरी चालूच राहत होती. मागील वर्षात प्रवेशासाठी चार फेऱ्या घेण्यात आल्या होत्या. प्रवेशासाठी पालकांना सोयीच्या शाळा न मिळाल्यामुळे बहुसंख्य शाळांमधील प्रवेशाच्या जागा रिक्‍तच पडल्या होत्या. आता मात्र एकादाच लॉटरी काढण्यात येणार आहे. उपलब्ध जागांसाठी लॉटरी काढून त्यातील विद्यार्थ्यांना प्रवेश घेण्यासाठी ठराविक कालावधीसाठी मुदत देण्यात येणार आहे. जेवढ्या उपलब्ध जागा आहेत तेवढ्या जागांसाठी विद्यार्थ्यांची प्रतिक्षा यादीही तयार करण्यात येणार आहे. लॉटरीतील प्रवेशाच्या जागा रिक्त राहिल्यास प्रतिक्षा यादीतील विद्यार्थ्यांना प्रथम येणाऱ्यास प्रथम प्राधान्य याप्रमाणे प्रवेश प्रक्रिया राबविण्यात येणार आहेत. येत्या मे अखेरपर्यंत सर्व प्रवेश प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करण्याचे आदेशही शासनाकडून जारी करण्यात आले आहे.
प्रवेशासाठी ऑनलाइन अर्जाची सुविधा
पालकांनी आपल्या मुलांच्या प्रवेशासाठी आवश्यक त्या कागदपत्रांची जमवाजमव करून ठेवावी. त्यामुळे नंतर धावपळ उडणार नाही. प्रवेशासाठी आधी शासनमान्यता प्राप्त शाळांची व उपलब्ध जागांची नोंदणी करण्यात येणार आहे. त्यानंतर पालकांना प्रवेशासाठी ऑनलाइन अर्ज करण्यासाठी सुविधा उपलब्ध करून देण्यात येणार आहे, अशी माहिती अधिकाऱ्यांकडून मिळाली आहे.

Right to Education (RTE) admission 2019 final round closing date for admission was end yesterday. At the end of the completion of the 3rd round of the admission process, there was only 65% students have confirm their admission process. Therefore currently there are 40 thousand 205 seats are still vacant for RTE admission. Union who fights for RTE admission process are having to said that the reason behind the such large number of vacant positions are currently available in the year 2019 is because the respective school are not allowing children to take admission to their schools.
In Mumbai division, there are only 45% RTE admission has completed. In Mumbai region 356 various school has total 7491 seats are still vacant. From these 6453 applicants are selected for the admission process, 3389 seats have completed their admission process & 2468 applicants are refuse to take admission. Also 101 applications are refuse to some another reason, & still 495 students admission is still pending.
RTE Admission 2019 3rd Round Date extended
For Right to Education (RTE) third round process lottery was declared on 10th July 2019. Thus selected students have to complete there admission process before 18th July 2019. Now for completing the admission process date is extended to 24th July 2019.
Directorate of Primary Education provide the information regarding the RTE Admission process. In all over state there is RTE admission process is conduct online. In Maharashtra state there are total 9 thousand 195 schools providing 1 lakh 16 thousand 808 seats for admission process. For admission to these seats there are 2 lakh 45 thousand 488 online applications are obtain. In first round of admission process there was 47 thousand 35 seats are confirmed & 20 thousand 716 seats was vacant.
For second round for 35 thousand 276 seats, 20 thousand 25 seats was filled. By this admission process there are 15 thousand 251 seats are vacant. In total there are 49 thousand 748 seats are available. There are so many who not yet complete the admission process because of inconvenient obtain of schools.

RTE Admission 2019 – 2020 : Right to Education (RTE) admission process third lottery was declared on Wednesday. By right to education (RTE) process, there is 25% seats are reserved for admission process. From the declaration of the 3rd round lottery there are total 18 thousand 836 students got the admission to various schools. These selected students have to confirm there admission from 11th July 2019 to 18th July 2019.
In third round of the admission process, the selected candidates will get their short message on their phone. If any students who not get the message regarding the admission process, such students are request not to wait for the message & should contact to center to confirm the admission.
RTE 2nd round 2019
In Right to Education Process (RTE) for first round of admission process total 2012 students was eligible to take admission. From these 2012 number of eligible students only 1424 students have confirm the admission process. Financially weak & backward category students are provided with 25% free education for admission to various schools. For RTE in Jalgaon district there are total 274 schools are available for 2 thousand 717 seats. To get the benefits of this from 5th March to 30 March this duration.
During the first round of the RTE admission process, 6 thousand 868 parents have applied for this to get the benefits. After applications obtain for this there was shortlisting of 2 thousand 12 students for admission through RTE. For this from 5th April 2019 actual admission process was started. For completing admission process parents was need to complete their admission process till 4th May. Also for completing the admission process date was extended to 10th May 2019. Till the end of 10th May there was total 1424 students have confirm their admission process.
In first round of admission process there was 2012 students have are eligible for admission process. Now after 20th may second round of RTE admission process will be conduct.

For the year of 2019-2020 RTE admission process is conduct by the education department, in the year RTE 2019 – 2020 admission process there was may changes made in the admission timetable. As per the rules financially poor students will get chance for admission to 25% reserve seats. Such school are provided with education fees & other benefits from government. For this orders are just issued from government.

RTE Admission 5th Round
District Council Education Department for Right to Education 5th round was recently get end. By this for 1st standard 146 students have selected for 60 different schools. By Right to Education student from below poverty line gets the admission to schools as per their choice. Nashik Council of Education Department was conduct 5 round for this. For this district in 466 schools 6 thousand 589 students admission have provided. From last 4 rounds 4 thousand 611 students took admission.
To provide every students admission to schools for this education department decides to conduct another round for admission. In the 5th round 146 students have selected for admission. These 146 stud nets have to complete their admission till 20th August.
Right to Education (RTE) for students to take admission to un-aided & permanently unaided schools on 25% admission quota for 3rd round will be restart through online admission process. This online admission process will be start from 26th May. For this 3rd round parents can fill up the their online application form till 4th June 2018. Parents can choose 10 schools with-in 1 km to 3 km. Students will get admission to only one of these schools only. If candidates fail to take admission with-in given time, such candidates will not be allow to the next rounds. Also schools which not allow students to take admission through RT process, stick action will be taken on such schools.

With coming year by Rights to Education process about 25% free seats will be provide to students. After publishing result of first RTE round, some schools are refusing to give admission to students. Regarding this issue Educational Director Sunil Chauhan said that those schools who refusing to give admission to students through RTE admission will have an administrator to monitor all of these problems.
From overall states 9 thousand schools having 1 lakh 26 thousand vacant seats. Though Saturday 24th March was last date for admission process about 19 thousand 565 admission are done. So many english medium schools are refusing to give admission will appoint an administrator for the admission process.
As so many schools are refusing to give admission through RTE admission process was given extension to 24th March. But after all of this the final date declared for the giving admission is 4th April 2018 as education department declared.

On January 12, Mr. Sait rejected the proposal citing the need for the State rules under the RTE Act, 2009 to be amended before making any changes to the admission process. He said the proposed amendments need to be placed before the Cabinet for approval, and then in both Houses of the State legislature. As the process will take time, in the coming year the process followed in the past years should be retained, he said.

- If any students does any mistake then schools can not have the rights to reject their application. There is no need to upload any documents related to admissions.
